This place is HIGHLY Americanized… like way more than any Mexican restaurant should be. For example, their queso uses Velveeta for its foundation. Their shredded beef burrito is filled with pot roast, complete with brown gravy, and on the side, it comes with mashed potatoes under the refried beans, which are covered in melted cheddar cheese. It’s a really odd mix of American comfort food and Mexican inspired food. They do not offer traditional Mexican tacos. However, their redeeming qualities were the guacamole, the chocolate volcano lava cake, and the incredible wait staff. I probably will not come here again though.

A terrific find! Waitress was fantastic and beyond accommodating, food was great, plenty of space, bathrooms were super clean. Top marks across the board. Gave each us our own salsa with the complementary chips and provided refill chips.

You wouldn’t know it from the outside but this place has great decor. Service was excellent and the food was great too. I kept feeling like the bill was going to come and my wallet would be hurting but they have very reasonable prices for how nice everything was.

This is the closest Mexican sit down to my house so I frequent it often. It’s a great atmosphere and decor with a bar! In recent times it’s gotten a bit pricey. It’s located in the strip mall behind the Huntington Bank @ Oaklandon Rd and Pendleton Pike. I love the queso because it’s got a little kick to it. Food is always fresh and delicious and the Peach Frozen Margaritas are my jam!! Minus one star for pricing.
