We arrived at 7:05 p.m., and the waitresses made faces and went inside the kitchen. Five minutes later, a waitress came out and told us that they close at 8 p.m. and could only take orders. As we left, the waitress followed us and turned off the “open” sign at 7:10 p.m., I guess they didn’t want to work anymore.

The server has been there for years and shes always on her phone not attentive whatsoever i came in and she didnt give me a menu i had to walk up to the counter to order and not a single time did she ask if i needed something then a family came in and she instantly gave them all menus but again tbey had to go up to the counter because she was too busy on her phone

Leaving upset because they didn’t get service. There is no welcoming greeting, the food came out and it has no flavor, the beans had no taste to them, the plátanos were burnt. I was also eating tamal and it had a little hard rock in it. Waitress tells me that they buy them and don’t make them. Instead of apologizing and taking accountability. She said it like three times. It was not great at all!

Great pupusas( regular size, have a good amount of cheese and orhee ingredients.) Yuca is absolutely fried to perfection and taste amazing. No lingering aftertaste of any grease or oil. The front is nice and attentive when taking orders and no signs of displease in what they do. Ordered online and it took 10 minutes. I have ordered in person and it took 20 minutes. ( that’s normal)
The repollo is amazing and the sauce is great. Great place to have lunch or dinner at. Atmosphere is great and area is clean. The music can be a tad loud, but nothing that made us want to leave the restaurant. Overall a wonderful experience.

If you’re looking for service and cleanliness – keep looking elsewhere. You will be ignored. The tables and seats won’t be clean. Longest wait for some simple pupusas too. The music is also way too loud if it matters to you.

Disappointed does not bigger to describe this. I tried to give this place a second chance especially with their long wait times for two pupusas. Knowing that in the past their eta was 30 minutes, I decided to call ahead over the phone they said 25 minutes. 30 minutes pass I get there and my two pupusas had even been started. I wait the new wait time of 10 minutes and the worker tells me they still hadn’t started the order. I took my loss time and went somewhere else to eat. It shouldn’t take an hour for two pupusas.

This Salvadoran place it’s great
First of all I received an excellent service, the two waitress were so attentive and friendly (they are bilingual Spanish – English).
I tried mondongo dish + tortillas and honestly I recommend it also the coffee ☕ it was good!

Food tastes great and prices are good. I’ve been here several times. They do take a while to bring out your food once you order though. Service is ok but there is one waitress there that is rude. The others are friendly.

I called for take out, the lady that answered took my order and told me she needed my card number over the phone for payment which I asked the reason for it since I ordered once and it wasn’t asked. She stated she will be leaving soon and did not want the risk of me not picking up the food and if I didn’t want to giver her my card number to call back in 10 minutes when the other lady comes in for the shift.
For a restaurant to want your card number over the phone before pick up is unprofessional.
