I was very excited to have a new restaurant on Spring Street.
Tried it out today as takeout. The order was ready exactly on time. The hostess was polite and friendly.
The food was delicious and fairly priced. A very pleasant surprise.
I got some lighter lunch stuff today but am excited to try some of the dinner entree’s
Will definitely be adding this place to my regular takeout hot spots.

First time coming in and the food was delicious! Staff were friendly and our waiter was quick to refill our coffee and waters. We ordered the bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers, caramelized onion burger, Mexican street corn salad, and the chicken rice bowl! Everything was so tasty, really great addition to Newton.

I saw someone post about this new restaurant on facebook and had to try it out! I tried the crispy chicken sandwich and my boyfriend had the baja fish tacos! Everything was great and our waitress was so sweet. They even have awesome breakfast options too! We cant wait to come back! Come check out this great gem in Newton!

Giving 5 stars because we want to support any local places looking to thrive. It’s only the 2nd week open and definitely has some growing pains to work out but nothing that will keep us from coming back. Staff was friendly and kind. Our steaks (I had Skirt Steak, he had NY Steak) were tasty and paired with green beans and potatoes (his was over cooked for his preference but still tasted delicious) Pasta dish (Shrimp and Penne) was flavorful and filling! We also tried the Mexican Corn salad and that was also pretty good. Wishing them the best of luck!

We went here for the first time & we were very pleased with our meal! We had their Lentil soup, fish tacos, & Sofi sandwich…all prepared/cooked perfectly & flavored deliciously. The service was very polite & friendly. Meals were very reasonably priced. However, their soda machine was down, so only limited drinks were available.

When you walk inside it’s super clean and cute, I ordered steak fajita, the steak had no flavor, the tortilla are small rice, beans & veggies were okay, my Bf had the chicken bowl, it wasn’t too bad, it taste like a chipotle bowel but expensive, because it came out to almost 70 dollars. Over all the food needs improvement, they will be opening a bar soon so that’s great, I would come back if they approve on the flavors. The waitress is friendly.

Great Mexican steak house right in the heart of Newton! Visited with my family on my birthday week, had a great experience with the food, many different types of appetizers. Coconut shrimp was awesome! Service was all great, please give them a try you would not be disappointed My congratulations Paola!!!

We went to go vote early today however there was an hour wait. So walking to the car we saw that there’s a new restaurant and it’s open for breakfast. Had my doubts because the food seem to take longer than normal for a breakfast order. However, one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a long time. I don’t ask for much but I like my food hot when it’s supposed to be hot. Well my food was piping hot. Eggs were cooked Perfectly sausage was hot and tasty corned beef hash was good. Look forward to going back for a lunch or dinner soon.

This place just opened up in Sept 24 and no one was in there after 5pm. Scary. The hostess was very sweet but the other employees hanging around were not. No one said hello. Also some employees were coughing a lot.
Food is ok. Yes a little bland like others have said. But what made this review 3 stars (trying to be nice) was the OLD oil they use on my sandwich. The oil was not fresh all though everything else appeared to be.

We stopped in for dinner before a show. My husband got the seafood paella. It was ok, just a bit bland (nothing a bit of cholula sauce couldn’t fix). I got baja tacos and the sides of rice and beans were cold. I asked them to just bring me fresh ones, but they insisted on taking my whole plate back. When it returned, it seems they just smashed up the rice and microwaved it for a minute. My fish tacos were then cold. Flavor was meh. Chipotle aioli tasted essentially just of mayo. Sadly we won’t be back.
