It’s a quaint small town restaurant but I swear it’s the best Mexican restaurant in western Kentucky. My husband gets something different I think every time and he’s never not liked it. I personally loooove their shrimp (tacos, fajitas etc all delicious!). It’s worth the 25 minute drive from Paducah for excellent food, quiet conversation and a friendly atmosphere. After dinner, take a drive down to Columbus Belmont Park for river views and make a night of it!

The other day we drove by MI RANCHO Mexican Grill around lunchtime and the parking lot was full. My husband suggested this morning we take a 25 minute drive and have lunch there. When we left the restaurant my husband was already planning our next trip back ! I like shrimp chimichanga’s and I found one on the À la carte menu -it was stuffed with a load of the big shrimp, the vegetables where cut in small pieces everything was sooo delicious. Best deal $6.99! My husband had The create your own combo pick three for $9.99 he had an Enchilada and two Tostados this came with rice and beans (we substituted the rice for extra beans ). He could not eat it all so we had a box to take one tostado home with us. The salsa was just perfect even though the chips were not paper thin (which we really like) they were fresh.
My husband stated this was his new favorite Mexican Food Restaurant.

Such a great place to eat! Great food, service and the always polite employees. It is the best Mexican restaurant around and they always seem to be busy, which makes all the sense. It has more flavor and spice like Mexican food should have. Y’all make sure you support this place, you won’t be disappointed.

A wonderful restaurant in the middle of no where. The food is amazing. I had the talapia twice and the fajitas twice. Daily lunch specials. They also carry Central American sodas. Mi Rancho strives for excellence. Get the guac! You won’t regret the guac. My only complaint would be the salt content.

My food had a strange and extremely salty taste. Couldn’t eat it. When the waitress asked if there was a problem I told her it was just too salty for me. She literally told me that some people are just sensitive to their seasonings. I guess I am now salt sensitive. Maybe that is why we were the only ones in the restaurant.

This is a great Mexican restaurant! The staff is always so friendly and the service is incredibly fast. The food is delicious and the prices are fair. I’m always extra happy when they have horchata available. I was very pleasantly surprised at how fast my lunch order came out.
