Had some food delivered and got very sick. The food had definitely been sitting out for a while and was not prepared well. There was mold on the corn husk used for the tamal. I ordered a few pan which I threw in the garbage as they were two or thee days old. I feel bad leaving the review as it looks like a family owned business but the quality and food safety standards are lacking. There are many other restaurants who dedicate time, effort, and quality to serving fresh food.

The other day I got, Mi Ranchito Viejo, for lunch. I got their Fried Chicken w/ White Rice & Black Beans, and man was it a treat. The wings were seasoned very well and their Black Beans were amazing! So happy I stopped here. The lady who took my order was very patient and helped make the ordering process seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the Plainfield area!

Food was not good at all and took 45 mins for 3 pupusas and the girls with glasses have nasty attitude. I ask for a manager and she said they have no manager and do wherever she want , I would not recommend to anyone . Never going back. Doesn’t even deserve a one star.

Food was not good at all. Buffet was not fresh and the girls they have there have nasty attitudes. I would not recommend to anyone especially since I saw some bugs on the wall. I left feeling disgusted. Never going back. Doesn’t even deserve a one star.

The food was trash. I ordered fried fish, it was oily and salty. The rice was okay. The black beans and plantains were horrible.
I wouldn’t recommend this establishment, nor would they get $20 from me for a meal again.

The food lacks flavor. Buffet I would not recommend. The weight the food and to be honest complain all you want nothing will change management seems not to care. If you order please not the food is not fresh and by a la cart but be ready to pay 20-30$ for regular food
