I only leave a bad review if it’s really bad. Service is awful. Ordered a bowl of queso and had no chips to go with it until it was cold. The yellow queso was so disgusting and looked orange. The white queso had the weirdest flavor. My kids won’t eat the food and they eat everything. The meat has no flavor and we are currently sitting here waiting and waiting to pay. As a server myself I am not impressed. Drinks empty for long time and no pre bussing dirty dishes..unacceptable. Worst experience I have had in a LONG time!!!

Took forever to get our food and my wife’s order was wrong. She ordered beef taco & cheese enchilada but got two chicken enchiladas. I ordered fajitas – they were hot all the rest of the food was like warm. Never offered drink refills. Very disappointed!

Great authentic Mexican food at awesome prices! We got combination fajitas for $11.99! It came with beef fajita, chicken fajita, shrimp and chorizo! It came with guacamole, sour cream, cheese and pico!!! Great drinks, too!!

Excellent dinner but even better the service from the staff. On this occasion I noticed a different feel from the atmosphere in general. The staff although busy they made the time for small talk.
The improvement on the dish i always get; Ribeye a la Mexicana, was noticeable in flavor and quality. It’s amazing what a little criticism can do when on the receiving end they take it positively and do something about it. I am looking forward to come back and try something different from their menu. Thank you!

Went to have lunch here for my bachelorette, the food was great, everyone was pretty nice. Except for getting your ticket at the table you just go up to the counter to pay.

We stopped in Broken Bow to eat here at Mi Ranchita and let’s say if you ar smart you will carry on and not stop. We ordered cheese dip which wasn’t good, the salsa wasn’t good either. We waited quiet some time for our main meal we had enchiladas, tamales, nachos, and tacos. This was on different plates but this had to be the worst Mexican food I have ever tasted in my life. Part of the order was taken wrong as well. We told our server it was awful she went away we assumed to talk to a manager but after getting sick of waiting we asked her for our ticket which was 68 bucks and some change. My daughter took the ticket to the front and said we refuse to pay 68 dollars for food we couldn’t even eat so after the lady kept asking questions she dropped the ticket down to 35 which was still a joke as it was still nit edible. The tacos were soupy soggy and tasted bad, the enchiladas were awful tasting as well as the tamales. My granddaughter wouldnt even eat her nachos they were so bad. It’s pretty bad when you can mess up nachos. Just save yourself the self the headache and go to one of the fast food places in town. Honestly they dont even deserve 1 star.

After a long night of ghost hunting, we needed to re-energize and this hit the spot 10000% . Loved everything about the place, the Salsa could have used a little work, more of a homemade touch. But, hopefully we will be back to visit.

A very welcoming restaurant we found during our visit to Broken Bow. We tried the veggie quesadillas and pork alhambre. The staff is very polite and they understand your needs. The food was a little more greasy than I would like but to be able to find good Tex Mex food outside Texas, Il take it.

We’re just wondering about the many bad reviews for this restaurant. The owners repeatedly comment on the good reviews but ignore the bad ones. We’re looking for a good tex-mex restaurant for an upcoming visit. Not sure I want to try this one!
