Food is ok. Customer service is not. I didn’t get his name, but he’s so rude through the drive thru. Cuts you off to ask if there’s anything else to rush you through. Spent $65 on 4 burritos and 10 tacos, asked for my tacos to be wrapped in 2’s since it was for multiple people. They weren’t, instead they were squished together with meat all over. Poor customer service

Poor customer service, especially with the female cashier! Their horchata was not sweet at all and their meats were flavorless! It’s my first and only time at this establishment! Pretty disappointing to say the least! The other Mi Ranchito Restaurants are always excellent!

We usually don’t have a bad experience but today was HORRIBLE. All was fine until I got home. I ordered a burrito with rice, beans, meat, cheese and sour cream only. We thought it was tiny, my hubby took a bite and there was onions in it when we asked for no onion. Then he opened it up and there were like 10 pieces of meat, a gallon of sour cream with onion, no beans or rice. It was so disappointing, he couldn’t eat it. The combos usually have refried beans, but mine had whole pinto beans. If they were out of something, they should’ve warned me before getting my order. At least my son’s was okay but I’m not sure I’ll go again. The quality was horrendous.

This is by far the worst mi ranchito location, it’s always empty, the doors stick, the sun is perfectly hitting the seating area during dinner time. It feels as tho management just does not care for this location, probably due to the better one being only a mile away. Staff is very nice despite being blasted by the sun… the bosses need to fix that

Not gonna lie this is the worst mi ranchito in the area. I feel like everytime i go there the taco tortillas aren’t heated up all the way so they still feel hard and they break. Tacos come apart and basically I’m eating meat and half broken tortillas. Lol. It’s really weird and a niche thing but seriously unacceptable. Also the meats here always taste old. They never taste as fresh as the other locations. Feels lazy. I’m sorry guys. It just isn’t the one to go to. Wish I could get the hundreds I’ve spent here back. But it’s my own fault for giving a try over and over again.

Fast service but I didn’t really find anything extra special about my meal. I really prefer my enchiladas baked. The nachos had really thin sour cream and thin drippy cheese of some kind. The Ave L location needed a cooler dining area, some decorations to give some ambiance to the lime green paint. Also, they need to do something to reduce the number of flies hanging around near all of the windows. Employees were friendly and efficient. This could be a great little place with some more work. There is a drive-thru in this location.
