It’s great tasting food with a hometown feel. I just moved up to the High Desert. So I’m trying to figure out & find new go to restaurants. Down the hill I would often hang out new the beach at small establishment, over the big chain establishment. Where a lot of the food was generic it had some flavor sometimes. However, hear at Mi Hacienda Durango it’s a hometown down to earth feel. Reminds me of when we used to visit my grand mother in the old country. Wear food was not rushed but the food had a great taste. It wasn’t microwaved.
In other words the food was made with love. Something that you would mind bringing your siblings & nibliings to for great authentic food at a reasonable price. Where you can listen to each other speak as you listen to the music in the background. The place makes you feel at home. The Cashier Rosie has a way of drawing customer in she is fear, firm and it calms you down. You know your not being rushed.

Been looking for posole for a while now and let me tell you. By far the best posole in the high desert . It is not greasy at all . Usually I leave the soup , not this time . I ate the entire bowl . They got fresh aguas frescas they make there . Real home made tortillas . Chips are grte , salsas are on point . I like the family vibe .I would defensively continue to come here . Also the prices there wow are grate . Try them out !!!!!

Very good Mexican food, everything we tried was delicious, especially the Birrias de Chivo. The Jamaica drink was also excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Thank you for making your food enjoyable. We will return as often as we can.

First time coming to this place ordered menudo and let me tell you the menudo was perfect the favor was there meat was perfectly cut, your not getting a mouth full of chewy meat it was tender. Followed by home made tortillas. . Also had a michelada and it was also good and the balance in the mix was good sometimes to get bad Miche’s at other places not this one. I’ll be coming back to try other food and I’ll share my experience as I will always be honest. The service and staff were very inviting and helpful. Thanks

Went out to Victor valley to do some errands was hungry stopped in here and now I see why they have such great reviews my carne asada burrito rocked my friends service was great they cleaned and readied a table for us immediately as it was lunch rush order at the front guys and happy dining!

Been by this place a million times, but never stopped in. Today as I did a Google search for restaurants in the area, I can’t upon their reviews, and they all had good things to say. So I finally stopped by to see for myself, and I’m super glad I did. They have a pretty big menu, so I took my time. I ended up ordering the quesabirria combo plate, and it was DELICIOUS! I’ve had birria burritos, tacos, quesabirrias, and just plain birria from other local restaurants, and I can say with no hesitation, this was the best one hands down! From the taco shells to the consomé, to the meat itself! Everything was on point! The service was also top notch. And the dining room, although not huge, it’s very well put together and inviting. I will definitely be visiting here again soon. Next time I’m gonna try their Chile Verde Plate.

New favorite Mexican food spot! Awesome Birria burrito and they made me a great chimichanga even though it wasn’t on their menu. Great customer service, very accommodating with good prices. They are also pretty centrally located so I highly recommend if you are looking for a new Mexican food place, to give them a go!

And I am so damn glad we did!
From the moment you walk in, to the time you leave it is straight across 5 stars if I can give them 10 I would ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
the atmosphere is very Casita Vibes very welcoming, the owners and servers beautiful gente ❤️ The food was Delicious! Great flavor on everything especially the salsa’s
We literally almost order everything but their kitchen sink lol
Portion Size are well worth it, the prices are not bad at all very affordable
If you haven’t already I highly suggest you give them a try breakfast, lunch or dinner they do not disappoint!!!
