This place is terrible in Customer service. I asked for the vegetable noodles, but befor I Order the dish I wanted to know if the broth was a vegetable broth, chicken, beef, pork because I dont eat meat. The owner didn’t understand what I was asking him, so I turned to ask the two females on the grill if they knew what type of broth go’s into the noodles, and he cut them off saying they don’ta speaka englishay so I asked him again. OK they cant speak English but they understand what to cook. its not adding up to me. He shouts out to me, you never taste’sa this’sa befor. I said no sir. I just want to know what do you pure in the noodles and vegetables,he looks at me and wave me off as to say leave. And I did, BUT almost called ICE. because if your staff cant speak to customer’s that is preparing your food or cant let you know the ingredients is crazy to me. If they can only speak when he say that they can speak,There is something terribly wrong with the situation. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I love and respect period. Terrible attitude from the owner they get FIVE THUMBS DOWN

I specifically asked them to not burn my chicken, as every other time I’ve tried this place: the chicken is burnt. So, I get home ready to enjoy my teriyaki chicken dinner and guess what?? Burnt chicken again!! Unbelievable.! Also the price was several dollars more than other, better options in the area. Thought I would give them one more chance because it was convenient today. Epic Fail!!!! I will never return to this terrible dump. They don’t know how to cook chicken without burning it up. Maya Teriyaki Sucks!! Save your money.

I have to admit that the atmosphere did have me jump for a second. But when the food came out, I knew it was gonna be the spot. I could already smell the grill and it had me hungry. Not disappointed, extremely satisfied and they had great portions. Going again!

Ordered a #9 large teriyaki chicken plate with mixed veggies. It was a good sized container that held a nice portion of fluffy white steamed rice, topped with juicy chopped chicken and teriyaki sauce and mixed veggies that were steamed just right and not mushy. The employees / owner were aware of the customers and things seem to be a lot better than before.

I found this place back in 2019 near my old job, and I love this place, food is good. The owner is nice, the staff is nice he already knows me now, which is always good . I recommend the odon noodle soup that is my favorite. But you try what you like. Try it! Is worth it. 5 stars in my view. Simple menu , good food, satisfied customer for over 6 years of going there.

Highly recommend, healthy, good tasting food at a low, low price!!! I usually get the kids bowl and that is enough food for an adult. Ask for onions, it’s free and makes it better!!! Their California rolls are really good as well, so is the Miso soup. Ask for no, or low teriyaki sauce.

When the owner is there it is very bad service. He is extremely rude to customers. He refuses to give complimentary sriracha, teriyaki, soy sauce. If you want anything complimentary it needs to be added in your bowl at the time of purchase. You add it yourself. The owner rudely pushes the bags of bowls towards your way. If the sauces don’t fit in the bowl or you want sauce on the side he will always make you pay.
Food is good and fresh, but I refuse to ever go again bc of how rudely the owner treats people.
Furthermore, I called in for my order. He never asked for my name. The owner just hung up on me and when I got there my order was not ready nor did he even plan to put in my order. It was ordered once o got there to order. If this was the case he should of told me there are no phone orders when I called and asked.
