Easily the best restaurant here in Angel Fire and I’ve been to several of the restaurants here over the past couple years. None of those compare to here. This place is a blessing to have here, not only is it delicious for a resort restaurant it’s delicious PERIOD. As a Mexican and Texan, this is a great place to go to if you’re missing the Mexican food back home. ❤️‍ both the mild and spicy salsa were LEGIT.

We had been in Angel Fire for several days before trying this place and as others have mentioned, easily the best food. The Fajitas were great and so were the Enchiladas. I am usually disappointed with a restaurant that charges for chips n salsa, but being in a remote location like this, we didn’t mind. However, we ordered the chips n salsa and asked if we could order the chorizo queso instead and if it would still come with chips n salsa and the waiter indicated “yes”. So we ordered the queso but still got charged for both. Not a huge issue and we will definitely be back.

As other reviews have said, this is good quality Mexican food. We especially enjoyed the flavor of the meats, with one member of our party saying that the chicken in her fajita is the best she’s ever had. What holds me back from a 5-star review is the price, which is on the high side; I can’t recall another sit-down Mexican restaurant I’ve visited that charges for chips and salsa (much less to the tune of five bucks!).

Poor excuse for Mexican food. The only thing Mexican was the music coming from the speakers. I’ve had better nachos from a movie theater concession stand. Canned nacho cheese on everything. Ketchup tasting red sauce. You have to pay for sit-down chips and salsa. I’ve never done that in a Mexican food restaurant before. Prices are high. One star for the nice server, one star for it being clean and one star for having a restaurant at Angel Fire.

Don’t let the plain exterior fool you, this place has the best service in town by FAR. Beyond that, the food (as long as you enjoy texmex even a little bit) is very possibly the best in town. Unique interior decoration rounds this spot out as the absolute highlight of Angel Fire. I hope they stick around for many years to come! We ate here twice within 4 days, it’s delicious.

Perfect spot after a full day of biking! Came in and was floored by how good the chips and salsa was. Maybe a bit pricey, but I would totally order them again. Both salsa’s were killer! The tacos were some of the best street tacos I have ever had. 10/10. I will be back!

I have never heard of mozzarella cheese in cheese enchiladas. Was supposed to come with a meat sauce and it did not. It looked and tasted like a purrie salsa. I would not return and I have told several people in the area that I do not recommend this place. Also I have never been to a Mexican restaurant that charges for chips and salsa.

Enjoyed dinner here over memorial day weekend. The food and service were superb! Prices were reasonable and the portion sizes were much larger than anticipated for the price! We will be back when we are in town again!

We’re not sure why this restaurant has good reviews. As we sat down, the waiter asked if we wanted chips and salsa. We said yes, only to open the menus and see that they charge $5.25 for them. We should have walked at that point but ended up paying twice as much as the meal was worth. The food was just okay.
