Update: Order my usual again & the Chicken was just a big lump of breast and was very dry no juices nothing. Kind of ruin my experience today but they did give me $3 off but I only ate 1 quesadilla and tried to make the best of it while eating. I just didn’t enjoy this visit today
Great afternoon lunch bite. My 1st time visiting this MiCasita restaurant since the change. My chicken quesadillas could have had a little bit more cheese & meat could have been shredded a bit more it kinda tasted dry bc of this. But overall everything was pretty good. Our server made sure we were taken care of visiting our table multiple times. Will def be back again for another try!

For the last 2 years, I had visit many Mexican restaurants in Fayetteville and i been disappointed but today it all change.Mi Casita definitely impress me. I walked in and order some tacos to go and my order was ready in less than 10 min. the food was on point. The server on the front was very friendly.

Been dining at this location for the last 18 years. Not sure what went wrong today, but the hostess showed us to our table, and rather than let us be seated before trying to go back to her station, she opted to squeeze by us while we were still standing in the aisle… It was shortly after opening with no one else waiting to be seated–what was the rush? All she did was hurry off and chit chat with another employee.
The house salsa tasted sweeter and had more of a tomato sauce flavor than usual, and my taco and enchiladas were exceptionally greasy as if the kitchen didn’t drain the meat. When I suggested the server have a word with the kitchen, she simply said, “Okay, is it going to be separate checks or one?” Not at all interested in making sure guests had a good experience.
Thankfully, I saw the manager, showed him a picture of my plate full of grease, and he had FAR more appropriate response and assured me he’d check on the issue. Overall, I’m not sure what was going on with the hostess, server, and kitchen today, as this isn’t the Mi Casita I know, but if it wasn’t for the manager, I might have sworn off this location for good.

This was my second experience at this location and it was less than pleasant. Our waiter did not understand alot of our requests and did not bother asking questions. He charged us separately for everything because it was easier for him. Management or rhe front door was definitely NOT any assistance because she just wanted the money. I guess times have changed the staff and cooks over the years, so I will not be going back.
