This spot is a go to every time we’re in Lincoln. Whether it’s their delicious breakfast bagel sandwiches or just a classic bagel with cream cheese, they always satisfy that morning craving. They also offer a great selection of coffee and other drinks if you’re not in the mood for food. The staff is always friendly, which adds to the welcoming vibe. Just a heads up this place can get busy, so don’t expect a quick in-and-out.

I purchased my coffee from Canyon Roasters next door to this location and today I decided to stop in afterwards. I have to say I’ve found my new coffee shop! I just purchased a hot cup of joe and toasted bagelw/plain cream cheese as my purchase and both were very good et reasonably priced. Both were a perfect compliment to reading and enjoying people watching. The team members were genuinely attentive et pleasant and the store was clean as well.
I look forward to returning and trying the many other options as to food/drink, and to have a place to study college homework!

About once a month I order/pick up a large order of bagels & cream cheese for my place of work in Omaha. They love their bagels more than anywhere in Omaha. For my most recent order, I forgot to order enough cream cheese. I didn’t open my order until I arrived to work in Omaha & found they had thrown in two extra tubs at no cost. They have the best staff & the best small shop atmosphere!!!

My coworkers and I had bagels and cream cheese from here on January 13th. All 4 of us later got stomach sick, myself getting it the worst. I had to call out of work for a few days because I couldn’t get away from the bathroom and I ended up going to urgent care. Got some test’s done and found out I got Ecoli from this location. Food was good at the time but won’t be going back after this! Was not fun and I’m still having side effects from it. That was the only food I ate that day and my other 3 coworkers got sick with the same symptoms.

Good food. Great service. Almost always too cold — summer and winter. (Old Cheney location). You hire great people that take care of the customer. Do the same and consider having someone in charge of walking out in the dining area and feel how cold it is, and adjust thermostat.

(Old Cheney location) First time in and stopped in with a friend to grab a drink. There were 6 workers behind the counter and a group of 4 in front of us. The people in front of us said we could go ahead of them since we were just ordering drinks. We waited in line for 10 minutes, wasn’t greeted by staff, our order wasn’t taken, and then the people behind us ended up checking out before us anyway. Which wasn’t an issue but defeated the purpose of us going in front of them. By then two other people had come in behind us and our order still hadn’t been taken. We just ended up leaving.

I stopped by the Old Cheney location today and stood in line for about 10 minutes waiting to order a drink. Everyone around us was helped, but my friend and I were completely skipped over. There were five employees behind the counter, yet not one of them acknowledged us. I was so frustrated that we ended up leaving without ordering. Very disappointing experience.

5/18 Update
I was told that a $25 gift card actually only had $1 on it (weird it was only $1 right? Almost like someone messed up loading it). Was just told “Sorry.” No attempt to do anything about it. Great customer service. Adjusted rating to reflect. My weekly stopins are over. Starbucks is close though, so that’s good. So if you get a gift card, don’t take their word for it. Have them check it and show you the balance before leaving. But I guess even if it is wrong later, “Sorry.”
Always go to the Old Cheney store every couple weeks. Usually get a large dark roast coffee or an Americano. On rare occasions I will get a bagel and even rarer a burrito.
Food/Coffee is always good. Service is great though.
