Just what we were looking for! I wanted a local, authentic Mexican restaurant. Then walked in the door and saw the scripture verse on the wall and my husband noted the old church pew. well thank ya Lord, praying continued blessing for this business. Great food & customer service. I noted the men on the floor waiting tables worked very well together & were helping each other out. Overall great.

If you LOVE Authentic Mexican food, and are in, near, or passing through Seymour, Indiana, ven aqui PRONTO!! Brightly colored place, older building, plenty of parking! Once we made our way back to the dining room, we were greeted kindly, and seated. The Chips and Salsa came out immediately, and were both delicious! My Beef Flautas were sooo beautifully plated, and absolutely outstanding!! We had a couple of Servers, and they were both awesome!! Hands-down, fantastic, friendly, family owned, and one of the BEST Mexican Restaurants I’ve ever had the honor of visiting. Thank you ALL again, sooo much, for your hospitality.❤️

Everyone’s reviews were good so we thought we’d give it a try. First they didn’t have tea, they had sweetener but no tea, when I tried to ask if they were just out, the server repeated the drinks to me. I ordered water which I’m 100% sure was from the faucet, not filtered or whatever. We both ordered burritos, the size was impressive but the flavor was no where to be found. The queso was even bland. No spice; no seasoning, even the salsa they brought was dull. If you don’t like your authentic Mexican food to have flavor or even the hint of spice, this is the perfect place. I can appreciate the Christian music, that I enjoyed, so they get 3 stars for that.

Owners and cooks need to dine at Azteca in Brownstown. There’s a huge difference in the amount of cheese and meat that comes on your food. It’s hard to go back to MI Casa after dining at Azteca. It’s way better. The waiters are great at Mi Casa, but they’re even getting stingy with the salsa. The cooks/owners have always been super stingy with meat and cheese, but now, stingy with salsa too. I have NO desire to have lunch or dinner there again.

A great place to go for Mexican food! I absolutely love the Steak Hawaiian Fajitas (I love grilled pineapple). My husband and my son love the Giant Burritos! We’ve never had a bad experience here, and we’ve been here many, many times!
