Plus server gave me a balloon flower, as I was wearing my Grammy “B” t-shirt my grand daughters gave me for my birthday. He also gave a cute pink bear balloon animal to my youngest grand daughter. Great experience! 10 out a 10! Would definitely go again!

Love this place, I can’t get enough of their food. I actually drive past 3 other Mexican style restaurants just to eat here. Service is excellent and above all they take pride in what they serve. You wont regret your choice to eat here.

We have been here many times over the years. The service and food has declined, severely. It used to be super yummy with great service. We went in today (Monday at 4:45pm) and waited at the host stand for nearly 5 minutes before we were greeted and sat at a table. We sat at that table for nearly 10 min before we got up to leave. No one came to say hello or get our drink order. As we were getting up the lady came over to drop off the chips and salsa. We told her, “Nevermind.” Then we left. No one bothered to ask what was wrong. I’d leave zero stars if it were possible.

Today is a very rainy day, and I didn’t feel like cooking, and I didn’t know what I wanted to eat. I had to run an errand nearby and saw Mi Cabana Mexican Restaurant. I stopped in, hoping my food would not take very long. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a host that helped me choose from the menu based on my indecisiveness. The food was excellent! Went in for an early dinner on a Monday, hardly anyone dining, maybe 3 tables. Stood at the hostess stand for several minutes before being taken to a table. Sat at the table for about 10 minutes with no one coming to take our drink or or anything. Got up and left, no one seemed to care that three customers walked out. Used to be great service here, but not anymore.

I was nearby and decided to try this restaurant for a to-go lunch. The woman at the front was attentive and nice. The food was ready quickly. I waited in a both. The restaurant was classically themed. I got lunch size steak fajitas with no dairy. They were good about leaving off any cheese and sour cream. I loved the chips and mild salsa! The chips weren’t too greasy or salty. The fajita plate was a reasonable size for lunch. The veggies tasted fresh. The rice was nice and fluffy. My only criticism is with the beef. It was very thin, over cooked and loads of fatty parts.

My wife and I decided to have lunch here on Saturday August 23, 2025 and it was great to see the flavor of the food was back. We had stopped coming here over a year ago because like the other location the food had gone down hill. But upon lunch/dinner there today we were very pleased to see it had definitely gotten better. Not to mention that but our server was great as well. Very friendly and great all around. She was always kept a check on us and before we could ask for more sodas she had already came up with two more. Definitely always loved the atmosphere as well that had never changed.
