Well since the last review i go there and sit and conversate with the employees often, well untill the owner had an employee ask me and another customer to leave because he doesn’t want people hanging out. Maybe if he had the balls of a most Italians, or just enough to ask me himself i would have let it slide.
And if you order a slice it isn’t fresh its reheated.
Great food and even better people. My favorite place to eat while in Pulaski.

I was greeted cordially. I tried a slice of mushroom pizza. It was good. The atmosphere was cozy and warm. The roses on the table gave a romantic quality.

Pulaski’s best kept secret. A little piece of New York right here in small town TN. Pizza, strombolis, chicken marsala, canoli for dessert! All scrumptious.

This afternoon we ate a late lunch at Mezza Luna Pizza. We were first time customers. As we walked through the door, the aroma was amazing! Can’t recall any other local ‘pizza places’ smelling like that! The crust on the pizza and the sauce were authentic! Reminded me of the real deal from back in Jersey. Very friendly atmosphere. Glad that we found this pizzaria. We will be back. And we highly recommend it.

Good people. Good food. Good service. The owners are staff were friendly and engaged us in conversation very easily. The pizza was great and is by far the best in town. If you’re tired of the same old franchise pizza, give this place a shot. You won’t be disappointed. We will be back for sure.

Superb New York style pizza! As good as the best Italian restaurants in any NY borough. Menu is classical Italian pastas, antipastas, and meats; decor is authentic and the restaurant is very clean. Owner Joe is a great host and chef, staff is very friendly. Great experience, I highly recommend you try Mezza Luna.

I had the lasagne. It was perfection! Everything is served with love and home cooked. You can taste the care they put into their food. The garlic oil for dipping the bread is fantastic. Prepare to eat till you are satisfied and try to leave room for dessert! I’ll be back for sure and I’m spreading the word!

The stromboli we had on our first visit were terrible… ricotta and a smattering of the topping we chose. If I recall i had mushrooms, and they tasted like canned mushrooms. No sauce, no seasoning, and undercooked (raw dough). The service was so slow that we had to take our food to go because after an hour of waiting our little ones were getting stir crazy (they had pizza by the slice and finished their food before ours came out).
We returned a year later, and the pizza we got the second time was just ok. The crust is bland or something, we couldn’t put our finger on it… just tasted like flour. Service was still very slow – I understand things are made to order but it seemed well beyond that given we were the only customers both times. If I recall half the menu wasn’t even being offered. I hate to say it, but your pizza is a far cry from authentic New York pizza. I know you have a loyal following here in town. Having lived in New York for years, I was excited at the prospect of an alternative to the chains. Maybe it is something in the water there that does in fact make all the difference.

On the trip back to visit my parents, this was one of the few places my fiancee and I agreed that we had to stop by and eat at. Very few places can you get a decent pizza that isn’t an assembly line pizza. The atmosphere is nice and quite in the morning, and I love listening to Sinatra and the rat pack while eating a pie. Was not disappointed this trip so once again it will be a must stop when we return to the area.

Family owned and operated. Great small town feel with authentic New York style pizza. Definitely the best you can get around here. Skip the pizza chains and choose fresh ingredients.
