I must admit I was being lazy and decided to wait in the drive through for a Pepsi, but only because it taste so much different from the fountain…. That point aside I wait my turn to only find out the location has run out of ice. After that, there slow service provided for the two cars in front of me left me trapped in the drive through for 15 minutes. Got to do better !!

First of all we waited more then 15 minutes for someone to take our order even though we were first in line. Then our order took at least 20 minutes, our drinks were nasty because there was no ice. The food not any better the tenders were dry, fries were over cooked and the tacos were vegetarian tacos instead of chicken tacos. That’s not all the manager was super rude to the customers and employees too. We even witnessed a Doordash driver get angry because he had been waiting for over 30 minutes. When he asked about his order she responded that she was busy. He asked her for her name and he was told to leave. He was not the only Doordash driver there either. Never going to eat there again.

I’m not one to complain about food much, but the drivethrough food was so tough and salty that it was barely edible. there wasn’t ice for the drink either. It’s not likely that we’ll get food here again. It’s like the third time we’ve been disappointed.

The customer service at this location is absolutely abysmal. Is someone forcing the person at the drive thru to work?! Also – I watched a worker, who I’m assuming is handling the food (note the plastic gloves), deliver meals to waiting cars and then touch the door with the same gloves. This worker went back and forth and constantly had the gloves on

Honestly, very upset to write a review. As this KFC is closest to me and I love to get my weekly Famous Bowl, I had the unfortunate ending of having to go to McDonalds instead. With KFC being “opened” until 12, yet at 11:30pm they’re “closed and only accept pick up orders inside”. Thinking I can place a pickup order, yet the KFC website says the location was closed, and DoorDash & Uber Eats had this location stated as closed, etc. So impossible to place pickup order unless, I am assuming, I placed it as a scheduled pick up time, overall very time consuming and unnecessary for a Famous Bowl. Utterly displeased.

Customer service is nice most of the time. I like the employees here they do their best. The food sometimes doesn’t come as you ordered or they forget some stuff, which is a major inconvenience.
This location supports mobile order pick up now, which is great – only negative thing is you cannot order Taco Bell through the app.
The new interior is pretty clean, they’ve changed it drastically as compared to before the pandemic hit.

Ordered a simple 6 pc meal from here online…was supposed to be ready at 645 for pickup. Got there at 645… They didn’t have my order even made. First of all, when the app says it’s ready at 645 that doesn’t mean make it at 645. I didn’t receive my order until 715! 30 MIN LATER!!!There were 4 other people waiting too. I was livid so I voiced how livid I was and she threw my bag at me. Don’t go here…they speak limited English and they are laughing and lost in the kitchen.

I took everything in me not to come back in this store and complain. Customer service is the worst, especially the night I came, Dec.6, 2025 a sound 6:10pm. I walked in the door and all the girls are huddled in front and what they fail to realize everyone isn’t their age nor is a job a sorority. And the worst of it all whom seemed to be the manager was huddled with them gossiping , she was the culprit of it all, as I’m getting the food. That’s the problem with this younger generation. I will never return.
