I drove 45 minutes to get to Mezeh after being told that they had the best Baba Ganoush in the PA. Anyi who works at this location reached out to me by replying to my Instagram story and invited me try to out Mezeh. She was brave to do that as I am known for being a foodie and a self tough cook. It is very difficult to please me with food.

The food is absolutely delicious (extra emphasis on delicious) and hands down one of the best Halal places to go to for the mall. (Please try them!) HOWEVER, this review is solely for the experience and staff. They are not nice to you what so ever. They do not smile and welcome you at all(expect the guy, he smiled). From the 1st time till now I have had the same experience. It’s so off putting. The “manager” who goes by Alex or Alexandra idk is emotionless, not empathetic at all, rolls her eyes when you are explaining what you would like to order. I came for a gyro wrap and they (2 people ! ) were making me a bowl. Not knowing how to order because it’s your first time and do not know what to get, I was confused and the service honestly left a bad taste in my mouth. The other associates have a hard time explaining what the ingredients are because their first language is Spanish , there’s no problem with that at all. However! If you have front line servers, please coach them on how to explain ingredients and also to just be NICE. I would rethink who you choose to put in leadership roles which ultimately have an impact on people’s perspective on the business and overall experience. Good food + great experiences = longevity and higher return on investments

They prepare great wraps and bowls. Many healthy food options. They have both meat and vegetarian food options. You can select from among menu items or can have your own bowl/wrap prepared with your specific choice of ingredients. Another bonus is that their ingredient are halal. You can see their halal certification online. Only improvement could be service, need more employees and a little bit organization.

I love the fact I can go right to left and put whatever toppings or sides I want on my bowl.

I use to like this place. But my last 2 experience was horrible. Staff is very very very rude. They do not know if the food is vegetarian or not and once I was ordering, there was meat in salad and she added it in my bowl, when I asked her could you please give me other bowl as I do not eat non veg. She was arguing with me. There is always some or the other problem with this place some time cards are not accepted, do not have pita bread, or the other. Worst place to visit.
