Very cozy place with friendly staff. We were welcomed immediately and were sited at the bar. The selection of mezcal and tequila is huge. Also we went for taco Tuesday and man it’s great value! Tacos were fantastic-very delicious, not dry and of course properly served. Chicken wings – oh my! So good! Definitely recommend

A little late with the review however, overall the atmosphere was nice. Food a bit pricey and had to buy numerous things separate. Food left a lot to desire. The steak was better than the other things we’ve tried, the vinaigrette for the salad was really good i ended up using it for the steak. The service was ok, the girl kept walking away before we were done saying what we needed. Oh and it was no kids menu so having to pay adult prices for kids to eat who barely eat much was a downside. It was disappointing wanting to try this place and coming to give it a try and it was a miss for us.

First time here. My mates seems to like it and was familiar with this spot. I didn’t eat much but I did have a really great drink…. a pumpkin spice espresso. I think it’s my favorite. He had some pretty good nachos. The service was lukewarm. I wanted a simple cocktail- but she had no idea what it was and didn’t even think to suggest anything else. It was weird.. the rest night she walked past us 3x without saying a word. The place was Not full. I’d go back but I’d sit at the bar. The bartender was nice, she knew what she was doing and gave off a better vibe. It’s a nice lil spot that stays open late. But I do like spot in Englewood with same name … much better. It’s definitely a few grades above. Bottom line- This place is worth checking.

I order from here a lot and never had any major complaints. I decided to dine in one day and the service was absolutely terrible. The waitress did not write down my complete order. When my food came out, I asked where the rest of my order was. She said “oh it’s loud I didn’t hear.” It’s fine but she refused to rectify it since it was after the happy hour time (I ordered before the happy hour time but food came out quite some time later) Fine. It’s not the end of the world. Then, I notice my tacos were made incorrectly. I told the waitress and she refused to send them back and send the correct ones. The food is great, but the service absolutely sucks. I completely understand mistakes being made, but at least something should have been done to make it right, especially since we were the only ones in the restaurant at the time.

We went on a week night and it was very slow. When seated we asked for a beer and two waters. We did not see the waitress for a while after that. We still hadn’t ordered by the time the waitress came back for our orders we reminded her were waiting on a beer and two waters. She placed our food order and came back with just a beer. She seemed busy with delivery orders but it was frustrating. When our food finally came it was ok. It wasn’t bad. I enjoyed the breaded chicken. Definitely a generous portion. Nothing about the meal or the place stood out or made me feel like i wanted to return.

I’m leaving a one-star review for our large group dinner at Mezcal yesterday night. The girl wearing the turtleneck was kind and attentive, and she did a great job. However, at the end of the night, another server, Liz, gave us a serious attitude. She accused someone in our group of not paying, even though the cash was right in front of her the entire time. If Liz hadn’t intervened, I believe this whole misunderstanding could have been avoided. I hope management addresses this, because it felt really unfair and out of line. Thank you!

Placed an Uber ears order , apparently their staff delivering it , after a hour passed, we call as uber says it should’ve arrived already, the customer service person couldn’t understand English, & was very rude, tell me its placed the order 20 minutes ago? Thats mad weird, first & last time ordering, dont recommended this place, get better staff. According to uber ,its over 25 minutes late, the customers service made the food taste like trash,

This place was very nice. I’m very particular about my chicken nachos and these were top notch. My husband had spicy pork tacos with beans in rice. He loved it. I wasn’t really a fan of the drinks but the food alone will definitely have me making another visit
