I couldnt use my points, we couldnt figure out why. Turns out the app defaults to using a pass code. Infigured it out and told the manager that was checking ne out and he said “fine,” and we proceeded. I explained to him what it was and he said that he didnt care. I told him I was letting him know in case someone else has issues so that he can quickly fix it and he started raising his voice, telling me “no one cares about your problems, keep them to yourself.” I kept trying to explain because I thought he didnt understand what I was saying. But no. He yelled about how he didnt care, it’s a company issue not his, and told me to leave. So we did. I’ve NEVER had a bad experience at a Jersey Mikes before. This is my first time to this one, and I am never going back. Also, the rest of the crew were awesome! The problem with that store lies directly with the manager.

To be honest I wasn’t sure if this place would be any good or not but I couldn’t have been more wrong. It was the best sub I ever had honestly.
This was my first time seeing this company so I didn’t exactly know what would be on the menu so I was open to suggestions ..what I ended up with was the Philly cheesesteak which was recommended by the friendly cashier.
The sub bun was warm( I think it was lightly toasted and the Philly cheesesteak meat and cheese was amazing … Loaded with flavor.
Coming from Canada , we don’t really have a lot cheesesteak sandwich joints up there but I wish we had one of these … 5 stars from your favorite local guide
