So far, I’ve only had the chance to try their lunch, and I absolutely love the food and the service they provide.
7/6/24This morning, I stopped by for some tacos—and wow, they were delicious! The lady who helped us was incredibly kind and welcoming. I’m so glad this spot is right around the corner from my house.
4/14/25Honestly, I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been here, and I’ve never had a single issue. The staff has always been polite and professional. I wanted to mention this because I’ve seen a lot of comments about rude service, but that hasn’t been my experience at all—everyone has been wonderful every time.

Charged me wrong then tried to give me less than I was owed back. When I asked for the rest the older woman said no then another worker made her to refund the rest . I’ve been coming here for years just started seeing this woman & looking at other reviews she’s always rude. I loved this place. She ruined that.

Rude ladies that work there both of them if you speak English. Give you attitude only give service to the men first. Also this is the quality of food you get when you don’t tip them because of their awful service . They are always out of something and there salsa sucks

The lady at this location is absolutely rude and disrespectful.
I asked for a breakfast burrito and because it was closer to the end of there shift instead of making my food FRESH she stuffed what was left which was nothing and adding a ton of onions and cilantro to “HIDE” what was not inside; MY ACTUAL ORDER !
We returned to ask for it to be remade as it was absolutely disgusting and she argued with my husband about it like we don’t order this same meal EVERYDAY!
We have spent thousands of dollars here and they are discriminating against us and it is Wrong
The Humble location has such better service but the whole company at this point needs to go.

This place is TERRIBLE.
We spend hundreds of dollars at this location in humble and it was my favorite place to come, they made my food wrong overloading it with onions and cilatro because they didn’t want to make fresh potatoes and eggs for my food.
We order the same food every single time we come and kindly asked for them to fix it.
There is a super rude lady and I will edit this back with her name because she needs to be fired.
She was upset we asked to speak to the owner about her terrible service and no refuses us service we have to drive 20 minutes when we are 30 seconds from this spot ALL BECAUSE SHE DIDNT WANT TO MAKE OUR FOOD CORRECTLY.

The older thin lady at the front is always rude and they never answer the dumb phone and you would think it’s busy and maybe that’s why they don’t answer so I show up and there’s no customers! That just gets me mad.

Been to this place twice and the food is delicious but the customer service is horrible. The first time I went it was like 1:30 or so and they close until 4 and the lady told us as soon as we walked in that they were only doing take out no more dine in. This is ridiculous because they still had over 2 hours before closing but they were already cleaning up. Second time that my mom and I went we got to sit down and enjoy the food but the lady that took our order didn’t even greet us as we walked in and we had ordered and then I told her that I was gonna add one more taco and she made an ugly face. When we were eating I saw that they were putting away food at the front and were telling customers that walked in that they only had chicken, pastor and steak tacos when they had other options. I feel like they don’t want to work and are lazy and put away food very early which is not okay.
