It’s my second time ordering here and my husband picked up my drink for me but they made my drink with regular milk instead of oat milk. It’s too late since I was not with him when he picked it up so I couldn’t check and it’s out of the way for me. Thankfully I’m not allergic to dairy but could have been bad if this happened to someone with dairy allergy.
Double check your drink before drinking. I had a great experience the first time I ordered so it sucks that this happened.

This is by far the slowest Dunkin I have ever ordered at. The employees are always very friendly and the food and drink is great, but it just seems like ever since they opened they’ve been very short staffed. I’ve had an order take 10 minutes total when I was the only car in the drive thru. I just got a medium drink and a egg bagel. I go here because of the proximity of my job but jeez its SO SLOW!

The dine-in area is smaller than the older Dunkin’ locations, but the staff was VERY friendly and hospitable. The coffee was great, too. It’s a great smaller spot to study.

I really don’t know where to start! Ordered 6 donuts got 4! Went back to store to find out they didn’t have 2 of the donuts ordered but instead of saying that she just gave us the 4 and charged us for 6! She did give us 2 for the missing!

I come here often and every time the team ALWAYS seem to mess up my order. It’s simple READ the instructions. I place a mobile order and they get it wrong. Horrible place to go.
