The taquitos are amazing and so big! The steak is fantastic and I love the chimichangas. The service is impeccable in the food is absolutely divine. The giant burrito with both chicken and steak is so ono and the portions are huge. For me it’s dinner and lunch the next day.

We tried to look for a new place to do Tuesday Family Dinner, any place I can get my sons and brother together and enjoy time is a miracle. Your place was soooo amazing, your service and food was at , your wait staff from reserving our table to our waitress made us feel like we been there many times before, I truly see Mexico Lindo being a go to for us and bringing more people to hang out. Much mahalos, blessings and grace to you all. God bless….Jenn

The food at Mexico lindo is absolutely delicious. I had the mariachi burrito and it was stuffed with large pieces of pork chile verde covered with cheese, with a side of rice and beans. Plenty of sauce on the plate. Quite amazing. Then we draw back to the dish was the rice was undercooked. It was kind of. I was giving hard bits of rice. Could have been a little more tender but everyone at the table love their meals. Their taquitos look delicious and so did their chicken. Tamale. Location is nice too on the Windward side of the island. The weather was fantastic. You can sit inside or outside if you’re inside you get to Joy a little bit of air conditioning on the outside. You get to enjoy the wonderful weather.

My group ate at Mexico Lindo while visiting from big island. The food was terrible. None of the 5 people in my group ate hardly any of their food. The chicken in my enchiladas was pink. There was a roach on the table. There was food stuck or something to the bottom of my cup. The service was slow but the waitress was doing the best she could as she was the only one for the whole restaurant. I highly recommend not eating here until the improve their food and cleanliness.

We actually looked up a different spot to hit for dinner and this place just looked more lively colourful and inviting . Lots of people even though it was early.. always a good sign. My husband and I shared a burrito … it was SO good!!! And huge!!! Their I. House made salsa and chips…. My mouth is watering thinking about it. Wished I took some back with me to have today!!! Next time we would order the chicken burrito as I think the steak isn’t the most tender . The decor was fun Mexican stuff all over the walls… colourful and fun. Our server was sweet, attentive, helpful with menu. Fabulous dining experience. Casual and good price point

We went in for dinner, waited 15-20 minutes to be seated. The table we were sat at, must have sat kids before us. There was food all over the floor. It was gross but we stepped over the food and opened the menu. Immediately I got a mildew smell. My menu was covered in mold and salsa. All of the pages had mold! I tried to get a new menu but no one came by, so we left. And got takeout next door.

The food on the floor isn’t a huge deal, but the mold on the menu? Wow. Imagine the kitchen!!

Amazing strong margaritas, even can get frozen. Service was a little slow. Food was alright. Quesabirria Was slightly soggy and the consume was greasy with a quarter inch of grease on top. Flavor was good tho. Overall food and service was decent but doesn’t warrant the price hence the 4/5 stars. If your going go for the drinks they are strong for the price around this area

This was, without a doubt, the worst dining experience I’ve ever endured. The chips and salsa were abysmal—imagine biting into stale cardboard dipped in what can only be described as store-bought, watery tomato paste masquerading as salsa. It was an insult to my taste buds. And the horchata? Powdered and clumpy, like someone mixed chalk with water and thought, “Yeah, that’s good enough.”

The beans were tragically flavorless—if bland could be more bland, this would be it. The only taste came from a sad blanket of cheese that felt like it was more for hiding the shame of the dish than adding any real substance.

And the steak? I’m convinced it was drowned in oil just to distract from the fact that they didn’t even bother with the basics—no salt, no pepper, absolutely nothing. It was like chewing on an oil-soaked rag.

The guacamole was the final straw. Somehow they managed to mess up avocado. It was oily and flat, with zero seasoning—no salt, no lime, no hope. It’s as if they were actively trying to strip every bit of flavor from the dish.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you’re looking for food that tastes like sadness and regret, by all means, give it a try. Otherwise, save yourself the disappointment.

Portion sizes are generous but you would hope so for the price. Each taco being over 11 dollars was off putting and I had read a review about the poor chips and salsa quality but I did not listen. I should have listened… they are 4 dollars as of the time of this review and I wouldn’t eat them if they were free. The salsa tastes like an expired spicy tomato and the chips taste like biting into crunchy paper. Thankfully the burrito I got was much better but I wouldn’t call it authentic possibly due to not the same ingredients found on the mainland or the chef. I would give it a 5/10 not better than Taqueria Ranchero (another restaurant chain on the island). It was somewhat busy and it seemed like there were only 1-2 servers but I never really care about that as much as the food and pricing. The food was hot and came out quick enough. The restrooms did not appear bad until you use them and see giant coaches in the bathroom trash bin. At least it had the necessities. The inside of the restaurant is decorated really pretty so it had potential but unfortunately the food was not worth returning for me.

I always get the chips and salsa and flautas meal, so I can’t comment on the other dishes, but I swear the chips are made in house…they are so fresh tasting. I love the salsa. The flautas are delicious as well. Even the rice is flavorful.
