Food was great, service was friendly, and the place was clean. Very reasonably priced. Had the Cheesy Burrito with rice & beans. It was very flavorful & freshly prepared. Homemade chips were a very nice touch. The salsa was good but we still asked for hot salsa & they brought it! It was very spicy but, once again, flavorful – not just burning hot like some places. Couldn’t believe the place wasn’t packed on a Saturday. Well worth the drive. We will be back.

Had a great meal here with my whole family and didn’t go broke! Their food has a lot of flavor, the homemade chips are awesome, and the staff was cheerful and attentive.
Went back for taco Tuesday, and was surprised at how much you can get for $1 taco.

Wish they were a bit more consistent with their food but overall, hands down the best Mexican food I have had since moving to the area 2 years ago. Very flavorful, hot and fresh. Love their chips and freshmade from scratch guac!! They also have this semi spicy green avocado sauce that I have yet to have elsewhere that is so delicious. Oscar and staff are polite and always ensuring we are happy. We visit weekly and sometimes more!

Food was great. Chips w/salsa were too well done. But other than that, the food was great. We went two different days and I believe there was two different cooks. You could just tell from the food. Next time I will ask that the chips be lightly cooked and see how they are.

The kids, who are hard to please, LOVED it. The fajita mix is well worth it. Everything is home made, down to the beans. Nothing comes from a can, or package. Home made tortilla chips. Can’t say enough good about it. Definitely go here.

I’ve seen the kitchen area and it’s absolutely spotless and organized. (Most privately owned restaurants aren’t as sanitary in the kitchen area). The service was professional and knowledgeable about the menu items. The food was fresh and portions were awesome. Most restaurants I think of the food as a “gut filler” or the food “just ok” but this restaurant fulfilled all my desires for real excellent mexican cuisine . It was delicious and prices are honest and fair. Definitely my personal favorite mexican restaurant as I’ve tried them all in the area and that one consistently pleases me. God bless and keep up the awesome work!

I really don’t understand how or why they have the rating they do. We ordered enchiladas. They were bland and the tortillas were soggy. The red sauce and the green sauce were so thin and the lettuce was wet. Meat was not seasoned. I honestly think I would have got a better meal for half the price at taco bell.

don’t waste your time. food is definitely frozen and just reheated. the queso we ordered was like water and bland. i wasn’t going to complain but when my niece got her tacos (meat and cheese only) the poor girl spent the while time trying to pick out the onions. when i asked for replacement tacos the waitress told me the manager told her he’d only replace one since my niece had touched the other one and attempted to eat some of it. at this point i told the waitress she needed to bring the manager to my table. it actually took two attempts before he came to see what the problem was and when i explained he told me that we should have complained and he actually said they don’t make their own queso so it’s not their fault!?!?! really? i told him I’d pay for my enchilada (definitely frozen and just reheated) the mole sauce was also watery and had no taste and the chicken tenders my other niece ordered he told me that wasn’t possible. um…yes it is and i kindly explained i could pay for those items or id happily not pay for any. finally he conceded and i told the poor waitress it wasn’t upset with her but the food and management really needs improvement. don’t bother. there are a million mexican food places all up and down 19 and you’d be wise to choose any of them instead of this place.
