The food here was delicious! Traditional flavors to choose from on each trip to the buffet line. The only reason it will receive 4 out of 5 stars was because the younger waitress we got had a sense of entitlement with the customers. She rudely told the other waitress ( who was actually better) that we belonged to her. Right in front of us. Even if she labeled the table ours, the other waitress still helped us more. The restaurant was simple yet efficient. Will more than likely visit again.

Food was delicious. We started going here about 2 months ago and we loved it until last Friday we took my in-laws from North Carolina and our son with his family. Everything was fine but our waitress a very young girl who seemed to be mad or something she was very rude every time we asked her for something. And her appearance was like she woke up, got up from bed changed her clothes and left to work but forgot to comb her hair. I did bring it up to the owners attention about her rudeness but it kind of seemed like it didnt bothered him cause he didnt even offered an apology for her. Its ashamed that we wont go again cause of bad service, because the food is excellent.

If I’m going to be honest the food is really good 10/10. Sadly, the service wasn’t good at all they just left us and served us one time and we had to call someone to help then they brought all our drinks all wrong. The only person who helped was the boss but the waitresses 3/10. Before I had really high hopes but the way they treated my family and I nvm if u are going to eat here highly encourage take out. Other then that for a sit down restaurant try the other places.

The service was great, with very friendly staff. The live music was good, too. My only issue was that some of the food tasted a bit off. Not all of it; most was good, but the chicken flautas tasted like the meat was going bad, and the Jamaica water had a strange aftertaste. Hopefully it was just a one time thing. I’ll have to go back another day to compare.
