Okay, but nothing more. The baby burrito was nicely roasted in the outside, but so wet and soggy on the inside, it was liquid and impossible to pick up to eat. Not much in it either. Never had such an empty baby burrito.
Hot sauces were really good.

Just flew in from Jersey and this was the first meal we had. I read good reviews and had to come see for myself. We went with the tacos of the days and chose one of each. I couldn’t have asked for more and the food was fresh and tastes delicious. This place is highly recommended.

A basic taqueria, but a fairly good chile relleno burrito. My partner and I were grabbing a quick bite before heading into the movies next door. Service was fast, which was our main goal. The food was good if not spectacular. I would definitely go back. My partner had a fish tacos which they seemed to enjoy.

In Hayward, just off of Mission Street in what is hayward’s equivalent of a little Zocalo, Latino couples, and Families walk around in the summer evening enjoying the nice weather, and also the delicious tacos from Metro Taquero.
Small chain with three locations in the East Bay, this particular location had some rock-solid tacos, and good fresh sides. I ordered 2 Al pastor, 2 carnitas, and one Pollo Asado. They were all really good, I was happy to see that they were cooking most of the meat fresh on the grill, the staff was really cool. Even at some of the better Taco places I can’t find a really Soul searing hot sauce, but this place did not disappoint, as they have house sauce called Salsa Diabla, which had a nice solid burn. If you’re in Hayward I would highly recommend this place, as it was my first visit, and it was really good, and I intend to return.

I ordered a grilled fish simple burrito. They gave me a shrimp burrito. I’m highly allergic to shrimp and shellfish. It’s a good thing I didn’t bite bigger, otherwise I would have died.

Great food! The owners and employees are good people who really their best into the work that they do. You really get the bang for the buck when you eat here. Don’t forget to try the shrimp tacos. The burritos, tacos, and Metro bowl are delicious as well. Gotta get that carne asada!

Just tried the Haystack Burrito for the first time here. It’s amazing! Got better with each additional bite I took. Definitely worth the money. Great quality food!

SOLID … I can’t move past the Acapulco torta, it comes with fries. Thick with milanesa, ham, and chorizo, all freshly prepared, topped with fresh veggies in a perfect roll.
I’m sure everything else is awesome, not ready to move on yet though, the green sauce with the little flecks of black is the spiciest and has a great flavor.
