Ryan was our waiter and he was on top of it—gave us great recs & excellent service! All the food we ordered came out quick, fresh, hot and taste was on point, nothing was too salty or too bland. Taste was perfect to our liking. When we walked in, we were seated right away but I would recommend reservations as they do have a bigger dining area that is prob. air conditioned— we were seated near the entrance in a smaller dining area with a small a/c & ceiling fans.Thankfully when we visited (January), the climate outside was very cool.

Lives up to the 5 stars on here! So freaking good. Super super fresh food plus they teach you how to eat the dishes right. The pancake was delish! The fresh and fried spring rolls were both amazing and made with rice paper. Love the fish sauce here. It’s light and sweet! The bun cha was insane! Highly recommend this dish and I generally eat vegetarian and I loved it! So good. They give you extra rice paper and/or noodles if you need. You need to stop here when in Hanoi! The prices are very very reasonable too.

We visited MET for the second time during our trips to Vietnam, and once again the food was excellent. The staff were very polite and attentive. Alina took our order, and she was wonderful. A young gentleman, I believe his name was Jack, took exceptional care of us throughout our visit. He was remarkably polite, attentive, and consistently checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Thanks to his thoughtful service, we felt genuinely welcome and very well looked after. We’ll definitely come back!

We dined at Met Restaurant in Vietnam and had a fantastic experience. The service staff, especially Qué, did an amazing job! We were truly impressed with his friendliness and professionalism. All the staff were very attentive, which made our visit even more enjoyable.

Wow, the food was delicious. Fried tofu with lemongrass was very fresh. Watermelon juice was great. And our waiter Ryan was very helpful and friendly! We’ll definitely be back to try other dishes and juices.

A huge shoutout to Rayan, our waiter. He was incredibly professional, attentive, and had a great energy that made us feel right at home. He took excellent care of us throughout the entire meal.

Nice food , kind of traditional Vietnam foods . Here 3 person ordered at least 4 dishes. Clean ,fresh I like to Banana flower salad . And also with Ginger tea so nice . The service is very good too , the waiter his name is Jack nice service for us . And the restaurant is in the Old quarter area . Recommends

We stopped over here for lunch after hearing so many good reviews of this restaurant. We ordered beef Bun Cha and mixed spring rolls to share. The young lady, Alina who served us spoke good English. She did not hesitate to accommodate our no pork request and informed the kitchen promptly of our request.
Alina was very patient in explaining and demonstrating how to eat Bun Cha.
The green bean cake that comes along with our ginger lemongrass cake is so good. We would buy some home to share with friends & relatives.
We had such an enjoyable lunch & would definitely revisit in the future.

Food was decent, though portion sizes were on the smaller side. This place clearly caters to tourists, with every table occupied by visitors. Some of the service staff are multilingual. The grilled fish is a must-order. Prices are on the higher side compared to many spots in Hanoi, so it’s best suited for those prioritising a clean and hygienic dining experience.
