I had a very disappointing experience at El Meson. The employees were extremely rude and unprofessional, which made the entire visit uncomfortable from the start. On top of that, the food quality was very poor. It did not taste fresh and was not prepared well at all.
I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good service or decent food. Definitely not worth the time or money.

The service is good and the food is also good, with fresh ingredients and nice flavor. However, the wait time is quite long, and the sandwiches aren’t toasted properly—they come out a bit soft and lukewarm. It’s a place with potential, but they should improve those details to make the experience much better.

Tried the Pavochón sandwich and I asked to have it pressed and toasted. It was really good, as well as the Sorullo bites although on the sweet side, they were hot and delicious. Of course I had to get a café con leche which didn’t disappointed. Now I know where to stop for a good sandwich with coffee. Thank you @BoricuaFoodiePR. Great customer service. I ate so fast I forgot to take pictures only the coffee. Yum, yum.

I know its rush hour but at least let the butter melt. I ordered simple ham and cheese sandwich and it was completely cold. At least the fries and the sorullos were warm. Service is good and place is neat…. But the sandwich alone not worth the $4.99

It was my first time at Meson Sandwiches and I loved it! I’m a vegetarian, so I was delighted to see a soy based item on the menu called Philly Veggie. It was amazing and the French fries were good too. They have an expansive menu, so there’s something for everyone. Also, I ordered a cappuccino which was surprisingly good! The staff are friendly and helpful and the Manager is also very friendly and extremely nice, going out of his way to make sure everything is ok with the customers. I will definitely be coming back here more often. I’m grateful for the great service and amazing food.

I’m very disappointed. My mom and I came here today expecting to enjoy a good sandwich and coffee. This is not my first time visiting — I’ve been here several times before but unfortunately, this experience was not good at all.
My sandwich had too much mayo and very little meat, it honestly felt like they were running out of it. The same happened with the cabbage. On top of that, the sandwich was cold, and the coffee was cold as well.
One thing I really don’t like is receiving cold food, especially when I’m expecting a fresh and enjoyable meal. Sadly, this time did not meet my expectations.

I do enjoy the food here…..when they get my order right I stopped going for a while because they ALWAYS missed something on my order. Decided to try again today and was left disappointed again. Ordered an avocado bistro and paid extra for bacon…. sandwich given was missing bacon. Also ordered two large cornmeals with no cinnamon….they added cinnamon! Checked the receipt and it clearly says extra bacon and no cinnamon like come on! I’m going to have to make it a habit of opening each item I order while there or try my luck at a different location.

I visit Meson pretty much every morning before heading to work. This is very comforting, knowing that we have a little piece of Home near us. It will take a couple minutes for the order to be ready, but it’s because the dedication and attention that they invest in their products highly recommend

There are no words to describe the great service we received at this location. We traveled from Tampa. Suriel greeted us with a smile and made sure the service and food was fresh. We saw him helping all the employees both inside the restaurant and at the drive-thru. The rest of the employees walking around told us “Buen Provecho” with a smile .A welcoming and orderly environment. We will return.

The older lady in the front today around 10am was not very pleasant. The older lady giving food out by the soda machine. She looked like she didn’t want to be there working. I notice her when I was in line, another client said her food was to go , and not for dine in. The older lady look pissed and told the customer it said it wasn’t to go.. customer was being nice with the lady even said thank you, lady didn’t acknowledge her after she said thank you… my husband got our food he ask her for 3 mayoketchup and she told my husband he could only had one. I went after and got myself one… as well when my drinks was done she advice me she couldn’t give me any refills. I had a juice and a sprite. I understand the juice not having refills but the sprite as well? Is this new. I never had this problem before in this store.
