Love Mescalito, second time in Brenham, second time at Mescalito. Great coffee, yummy cinnamon roll, obviously a super cute atmosphere and we love perusing Bird Dog while we are there. Will come back anytime we are in town. Not overly warm and welcoming if that matters to you but service was quick and I care most about atmosphere and quality of drinks.

We ordered a cappuccino and an almond milk latte with honey cinnamon syrup and a cookie for the kiddos. Delicious! It’s not too hot. They have their machines set at proper temperatures so as not to burn the coffee beans. Looking forward to stopping by again!

The peach and cream cheese kolache is spectacular! The decor and atmosphere is wonderful and relaxing. Don’t miss the upstairs patio/deck outside. Perfect spot to enjoy your coffee and pastry while checking out the murals.

We really enjoyed our first visit to Mescalito Coffee! It is in a great spot right on the square in downtown Brenham, TX. I had an iced honey cinnamon latte and it was delicious! They had several unique syrup flavor options that all sounded really good. The space inside was super nice, and the staff were helpful and friendly. We will absolutely be back in the future, and I would recommend it to anyone in the Brenham area!

West of the Brazos and deep in the heart of small town Brenham is the best coffee shop you’ll find inside of a creative space called The Grand Leader. Homemade sweet treats, excellent espresso and welcoming atmosphere. We love Mescalito!

THE best coffee shop between Austin & Houston! My husband and I NEVER make a trip to Houston without stopping here! The coffee and pastries are both excellent — the blueberry scone is the best one we’ve ever had. It’s worth the trip every single time!!! Not to mention, the aesthetics are *chef’s kiss*. Overall, one of our favorite coffee shops and it will soon be yours too!

What a great amenity for a small town to have! Great coffee with all the variety of styles you’d expect. House-made pastries that are unrivaled. And, of course, some Blue Bell Ice cream. The staff is always ready to greet and meet and take your order with great smiles on their faces. It is just my favorite place to go to have some coffee (Espresso usually) and read a book. My favorite spots are outside – both front and back – weather permitting.
