Stopped by on my way through Lamesa. As soon as you open the door, you’re greeted with the amazing aroma of coffee! I got an iced caramel macchiato and it’s delicious! They also have an assortment of unique snacks you don’t see in other places. Will definitely be stopping in again!

This coffee shop was great. We ordered an iced Irish cream latte and an iced Dubai chocolate latte. The service and atmosphere were great. We will definitely come again.

I just stopped by Mesa Coffee after seeing it for months! I purchased a gluten-free lemon bar and a large almond joy latte. It’s absolutely fantastic. The service is great, I had two different ladies and they were very sweet and helpful with any questions I had. The ambiance is very calm, quiet, and inviting. I would love to sit there, on a day I can’t grab and go, and drink coffee and read.
I highly recommend stopping and enjoying with this little place has to offer. They do have some different food and snack options you can choose from and enjoy as well. I was just grabbing a coffee and a snack to go.

We stopped here during our road trip and really enjoyed it. The place has a super chill vibe with cool art on the walls. Everyone was friendly and patient in walking us through the menu. The mocha was delicious!

I got one of their seasonal drinks, Autumn on the Range, as a medium iced latte with oatmilk and it is so good! It’s more of a mocha type drink and their chocolate sauce is more of a rich dark chocolate flavor which I am loving. Their oatmilk is very good too. Will be back to try more of their creations and want to try food next time!

The staff is always so friendly! They have such good coffees, I’m so glad we finally got a good coffee place here. I would recommend getting an iced caramel macchiato w/toasted marshmallow & cold foam.

If you’re anywhere near Lamesa, TX, or just passing through West Texas like we were on the way from San Antonio to Santa Fe, do yourself a favor and stop at Mesa Coffee.
This place is a gem.
Mesa Coffee is set inside a beautifully converted auto shop, and they absolutely nailed the transformation. High ceilings, exposed wood beams, clean modern finishes, warm textures, and plenty of natural light. It feels intentional without feeling pretentious. The kind of place you immediately relax in, whether you’re staying for five minutes or an hour.
The coffee is genuinely great. Not just “good for a small town,” but well-made, balanced, and clearly crafted by people who care about what they’re serving. You can tell they’re serious about quality without being over the top about it.
What really stood out was the space itself. There’s room to sit, work, talk, or just breathe for a minute. Cozy seating areas, thoughtful design touches, and an atmosphere that feels welcoming instead of rushed. It’s the kind of place locals should be proud of and travelers will remember.
They’ve only been open about nine months, and honestly, it already feels like a cornerstone spot. If you live in Lamesa and haven’t stopped by yet, this is your sign. And if you’re just passing through West Texas, this is absolutely worth the detour or exit off the highway.
Mesa Coffee is proof that great coffee shops don’t only exist in big cities. Sometimes they show up right when and where you least expect them.
Highly recommend.
