Came in tonight, February 6 2026 Had dinner food was on time and excellent but I can’t say enough about the waitress Kayleigh M She was phenomenal from beginning to end kept checking to make sure that everything was OK from the soup the salad to the meal dessert the Bill she was fabulous. She was friendly. I wish all waitresses were like her. I recommend this restaurant and I recommend that waitress I only live five minutes away and I’m always in this restaurant and she never ever fails to deliver service. With a Friendly smile, and attitude.

Disappointed again.
My wife was craving chorizo pizza tonight. After getting ready for the snow, we decided to go to Merola’s. We arrived just after 7:00 pm, they close at 8. When we arrived the waitress was serving an order of fish and chips to another table. The fish looked delicious, but the restaurant was slow. Before seating us, the waitress had to check with the kitchen to see if they were still serving. The chef came out and we mentioned that we came for pizza. He said that the oven should heat up quickly. We offered to leave but they sat us and took our drink and food order. Both my daughter and I ordered the fish and my wife ordered pizza. When the waitress delivered our drinks, she told us that they were out of pizza so we decided to pay for our drinks and go somewhere else. How does a restaurant that serves pizza, run out of pizza? I started this review with “Disappointed again “. I say that because the week after Christmas, we ordered 4 pizzas to serve company we had over, for lunch. As I was pulling into the restaurant parking lot, they called me and told me that they only had enough dough to make one pizza. I was upset that they waited to call me but I figured that it was lunch time during the week so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After running out of pizza again tonight, I decided to write this review.

It was my birthday yesterday and we went there for the baked apple pancake. There were only 2 servers. A large girl behind the bar who kept barking orders at the other server: clean this table, clean that table, let’s go. But the big girl was our server who failed miserably. She had 2 hands but brought our food over one dish at a time. She brings the big apple over with no utensils, no syrup and no butter so that sat there to get cold. Then my wife’s sandwich 5 minutes later, still no syrup. Then my eggs with cold homefries and cold bacon. Just an absolute disaster. My wife and I will get a recipe online for the apple pancake because we won’t be back. Word of advice, the restaurant business is hard work, if you can’t do it then sell….

Sam is wonderful! Truly made my day with how thoughtful and attentive she is. The food came out quickly and tasted delicious. 10/10 if you come for breakfast, ask for Sam!

AMAZING ALL AROUND!!! I went here with my boyfriend for a dessert after we had already had dinner and we were craving a little snack. We were seated almost immediately upon entering and greeted warmly by are waitress Olivia, she was quick to inform us of the menu items and gave lovely recommendations on dessert!

We’re regulars and always enjoy going to Merola’s for the food and the great service. I always drop off my wife and then park the car. By the time I’m sitting our coffees are waiting for us and the food order is in. Our favorite waitress always is pleasant and cheerful – thanks Sam!

I typically go for breakfast/brunch. On this occasion I had the Apple Carmel waffle special and paired that with an orange creamsicle mimosa. Both were delicious.
In general I always love the service and food here. It’s a great spot and I really need to try lunch or dinner.
