Honestly one of my favorite local coffee chains, it took me a few tries but did end up finding my favorite drink – salted caramel cold brew.
Staffs are super efficient and always nice, music is loud and super crowded most of the time so at least for me this is not a place for you to work or read a book.

Went to Mercurys Coffee Co. @ Bellevue for the first time. The set up here is absolutely amazing and lots of selections to choose from. Ordered a blended white chocolate mocha with soy milk and a warmed butter croissant. Very delicious and fresh tasting!!! The atmosphere was very pleasant and cozy! Also, outstanding customer service!!! Highly recommended!!! Love love love it !!!

Some of the drinks were way too sweet. The food was good. The place gets really busy, so my opinion is probably less valid than others. I feel this place would be really nice if they didn’t have a huge island taking up the entire bakery. They have roasters and bakers in house so you would think that creates a nice place to grab some food and drink and hangout, however there’s barely anywhere to sit. If you want to grab and go , it’s a good spot. Usually the line is pretty long so maybe the island is more functional, but my rating is based on the drinks (3star that visit) and the food (5 star)

The staff were super nice and had good intentions! They meant to have us save money but in order to go that, need to spend more money (so that we could reach the minimum for some deal). However, once we reached the threshold for the deal, the server then incorrectly selected stuff on her cashier/iPad and it ended up requiring the manager’s help and turned into a whole thing.
As for the coffee: mid. Cold brew was fine but doesn’t stand out. My wife loved her drink.
Food: You should probably pass on it. They have A LOT of options. I had the bagel and lox. I didn’t finish the lox (which is saying A LOT because I almost NEVER leave meat uneaten and salmon is my favorite food…but this just wasn’t good). My wife had the quiche Your quiche was really just a meat pie with gravy…not at all the standard egg-based quiche we were expecting. It wasn’t very good either. Really salty.

I visited Mercury Coffee Co and had a really nice experience. They have a wide variety of pastries, and honestly, it’s difficult to choose because everything looks so good. The coffee was excellent smooth, rich, and definitely worth it. The overall vibe of the place is warm and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax or catch up with friends. Overall, I’d rate it 4.5/5.

Great place for coffee, chitchat and light work. The place is airy and for Seattle weather, you can get great light on a sunny or even a partly sunny day.
The music can get loud so plan to get earphones/headphones if that bothers you.

I love Mercury Co. as a rule. I think they’ve created an open and professional environment and the employees are all very friendly. The staff is on top of your every need while you’re in line, trying to get you through as fast as possible, but by no means being rude. It’s a very efficient system. I would warn, however, that all their food is packed full of sugar. Most of it tastes delicious. Unfortunately, due to the large size of the pastries, some of them are not completely baked through. The cookies are usually flawless, but the muffins are usually over baked on the bottom and underdone on the top. I would recommend their more savory food.
Another thing to note: there is almost never any available seating because many people set up here for their work day.
