Best bar in Newport. The entire staff is fantastic…we feel like family every time we go. Every person is beyond knowledgeable in every drink they pour. If you’re looking to learn about what you’re drinking OR venture into things you’ve never tried, this is the place. They also have great events throughout the year and even better, you can walk about 20 feet down the hall and usually purchase whatever you’re drinking to take home!

Stopped in for cocktails and had the best time! Crazy to see another iteration of the bar behind Party Source, but they did a great job! The inside is cute, retro vibes. They had games to play which is always a bonus. The cocktail menu was so cute! It was 90’s throwback themed based of the “NOW!” albums from back in the day. And they kept the theme going with the music being 90’s throwbacks which is a great bonus! Drinks were really good, just a little pricey. Great service too! Also – he didn’t eat there, but they serve Pompilios, which is super cool!

Love the Wednesday night wine tasting at the Merchants Club! It’s fun and informative and perfect for any size group. There’s no food service but you can buy snacks at The Party Source or bring your own. There is parking behind The Party Source if you don’t want to walk through the store. But I highly recommend walking through the store if you are able!

I reserved a table for my Spanish club and we had the best time! Everyone was really impressed with both the drinks and the food. The bartenders were also incredibly friendly and attentive.

Absolutely the BEST and MOST creative cocktails in the area. They offer an incredible bourbon selection, great events (cocktail classes, education, parties) and fun! They have an amazing and talented bar staff. Fabulous!

Beautiful hidden spot tucked away in Party Source. Seating area is cozy and very homey. Cocktails were beyond impressive and we loved the tastings. This would be a regular stop if we were local.

I only had a beer, but the selection of bourbons on their menu was awesome. A friend had a little celebration party in the back and Merchants Club made a great venue for it. They’re very well stocked (they should be considering the location), and the bartender was quite helpful.

We had a great time over the weekend! One of the best bourbon selections around – and I loved the Christmas Story themed cocktail menu. My partner had a Fragelay and I had the Drink Your Ovaltine- both winners. We’ll be back soon to try more before the menu changes.
