This place was highly recommended by the staff at Hotel Grand Paramar so our group came her for an early lunch. You go up the elevator and most of the dining room is on the covered rooftop. We were greeted by the staff with a smile. The restaurant mood was on the quiet side since it was 1030am. We ordered the steak plate, chicken mole plate to share. The chilaquelis that came as a success dish for each plate was super tasty and flavorful (one was mild and the other on the picante side). It was my first time having chilaquelis. The steak was also tender. Our server was really sweet and polite, but I forgot her name, she was young with long curly hair. We sat by the edge so could see the ocean from afar. I highly recommend this place.

This place makes their own tortillas and everything tasted very fresh. The washrooms were very clean and they also have Wi-Fi. We ordered liver and pork ribs with eggs, which came with chilaquiles and beans. The chilaquiles were really good, and the sides are the same while the main dish changes. We also had brewed coffee, which they brought to the table and refilled. They serve cane sugar that you drop into the coffee and it slowly dissolves, making it sweeter toward the end, which was a nice touch.
The place was very clean overall, especially the washrooms. It is located on the fourth floor of an apartment building, so you need to check in at the reception on the first floor and they will assist you with the elevator. There is a small ocean view, and the atmosphere is very cute, calm, and pleasant.

I was looking for breakfast with a view and I had such a wonderful experience. The restaurant is located on the 4th floor and when you enter the lobby, there is a hostess who calls upstairs and then directs you to go up.
Once I arrived, I was greeted by the lovely staff who quickly seated me and I was offered sweets then they took my food order.
I had a fruit platter and the Chilaquiles con Chicharrón which I would 100% recommend apart from the rest of their menu which looked just as delicious. Thanks again to the kind staff and being helpful even though I was a party of 1, it made my entire day and I’ll be back. 🙂

Our favorite place. Everything is fire. Service, food, price, ambiance. We come here multiple times every trip.
My husband always gets a pizza which is fresh from the pizza oven. I go for the pasta. A lot of the options have shrimp or other meat and I’m a picky pescatarian that can’t have shrimp because my husband is allergic so I frequently ask to switch any of the pasta dishes I want to salmon instead of ham or shrimp or whatever and they always oblige. Soooo good.

Amazing spot for breakfast. Went with some friends for a birthday. They sing and bring cake which was a very nice touch. The menu has something for everyone. Everything had a lot of flavour and very large portions. The service is amazing and all the staff are super friendly and happy. A definite must in puerto Vallarta

Until visiting Mano’s Place in Puerto Vallarta, my favourite bite ever was a duck and pear ravioli at the now closed Montreil in Barcelona. That has now moved to third place after the spectacular mahi-mahi main and the passionfruit crème brûlée at this spectacular restaurant.

This falls into the “Hidden Gem” category. Located a few blocks up the hill from the main road, this restaurant has amazing food, attentive service and a chill atmosphere. We were in PV for 5 nights and had dinner there twice.

Great roof top spot for brunch! We shared the Poblano Omelette (that was gone before I could capture a good photo of it) and a couple mimosas. The cool breeze through the dining area felt great on our suntanned crispy bodies. Check this place out!
