While I haven’t been in this restaurant in a long, we just went there. With 3 kids and different requests, we found something for everyone one. The tiger roll and the spider rolls were very good. The cucumber roll was exactly what my little one wanted. The beef short ribs were great also. The service was good and they answered our questions. The place is simple and clean the same way I remember it.

Fabulous spot! Had a great lunch. Clean, fresh, good service and great atmosphere. And it good to walk into a spot for lunch and see lots of people there, taking their time and enjoying their meal.

Very disappointed with the service at Mene. My friend and I were seated and then completely forgotten about — no one came to take our order for almost 30 minutes. During that time, no one even checked in on us or offered water. When we finally got someone’s attention, they seemed rushed and uninterested. The sushi itself was okay, but the poor service really ruined the experience. Definitely expected better from a place with such good reviews.

I’ve only been here a couple times because I am not usually in this area but our friends who live near here recommended it for a game night and we liked it so much we decided to go back! The staff is nice and everything was delicious!! The torched roll (ichiban I believe? It is called number one for a reason lol) we got was especially good but I also enjoyed the crunchy and salmon roll.

We needed some special mother/daughter time for good food & conversation. This was the right place! We were seated in a lovely quiet corner space & had an attentive server.
I ordered the Eel Lovers Combo with 3 selections beautifully presented. It came complete with Ginger Salad & Miso Soup. My daughter enjoy a Tempora Shrimp Roll with Ginger Salad & Miso Soup, also. She had never eaten Eel before, but felt adventuresome enough to try mine. She loved it!! For desert, we shared a Deep Fried Matcha Green Tea Cheesecake! Wow!!

I’ll be honest and clear here, if you are looking for a sushi place to enjoy yourself a really good sushi this it is. Here you can eat a delicious rolls but atmosphere and service need a little more effort , I don’t recommend this restaurant to a first date yet , I think if the management put some labor at restroom and a little more kindness in the waitress this could be one of the best restaurants with delicious sushi in town.

Good quality sushi. Novi and west Bloomfield has a lot of good sushi places so I am not surprised. I really like their udon. The stock is simple and clean. Feels like they really take their time to boil the stock instead of tasting like instant ramen packets like some other Japanese restaurants.
