My first time trying Mendocino farms, I am very Impressed. I was there for the grand opening here In Dublin. I was immedietly greeted and welcomed In to order. I like the engagement right when I walked in very good service. I ordered the Avacado & Quinoa superfood Ensalada and Baja Green Goddess wrap. The flavors were excellent, so delicious. I recommend to try both.

We wanted to try out this location of the Mendocino farms. I had previously been to the bishop ranch one. As expected, it was a great experience. We tried their Vegan banh mi and the happy hippie sandwich, the tomato soup and the Baha green goodness salad. The food was so good that placed one more order of both the sandwiches and the soup.
Joseph, Simon and Annabelle were the most amazing hosts and obliged to all of our requests very kindly and with great humour.
So happy they opened so close to us! Will definitely be my regular spot.

I stopped by Mendocino Farms in Dublin today, and despite the gloomy weather, the experience was a total bright spot.
A huge shoutout to the manager, Kenneth. I was undecided and he steered me toward the Peruvian Steak Sandwich with a slight pivot to ciabatta bread. It was incredible. It was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and easily one of the best things on the menu.
The entire staff is extremely friendly. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. It’s rare to find a team that seems this happy to help someone.
The only minor downside is that seating can be a bit limited, especially during peak hours. They have a nice patio, but since it was raining and there aren’t outdoor heaters, everyone was huddled inside. If you’re coming during a rush on a cold or rainy day, try to arrive a little early to snag a table.
Overall, the food quality and Kenneth’s top-tier service make this a 5-star spot. I’ll definitely be back (hopefully when the sun is out!).

I had a wonderful experience at Mendocino Farms! Joseph S., Daniel F., and Nevaeh W. were extremely welcoming and made the whole visit easy and enjoyable. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The food was fresh and delicious as always, but the warm, positive service from everyone is what really stood out. I’ll definitely be back!

Love Mendocino Farms, so excited this location opened so close to my office. I went for opening day and again today. The staff were so friendly, checking in frequently and so happy. I expected first day to have some amount of blunders or take a while but I was totally wrong, food and service were perfect and food arrived really quick too. Sitting on the patio with a Chicken Parm Dip was a perfect lunch. I’ll be a weekly regular!

Medicino Farms is a masterclass in charging premium prices for a completely mediocre experience.
The food was bland, poorly executed, and honestly embarrassing for what they charge. Nothing tasted fresh, nothing stood out, and the entire meal felt like it was made with the bare minimum effort and sent out to people who are expected to be impressed by branding alone.
The service was no better. The staff came across as disorganized, inattentive, and indifferent, like customer experience was the last thing on anyone’s mind. There was no polish, no professionalism, and no sense that anyone cared whether the food or service met even a basic standard.
What Medicino Farms seems to sell is image — not quality. The presentation and pricing try to signal “upscale,” but the actual experience is just overhyped, underdelivered, and wildly overpriced.
This place isn’t premium — it’s just expensive.
I left disappointed, annoyed, and feeling like I paid top dollar for a glorified average meal. Would not return. Would not recommend. Respectfully.

I’m happy that there’s finally a place to get a fantastic salad for a decent price in Dublin. The staff are really kind, and the restaurant is extremely clean. I’ve been several times since they’ve opened and there has never been a drop in quality.

I got the 1/2 Sandwich 1/2 Soup combo: Vegan Banh Mi and Tomato soup. What have I been missing from my life? The Vegan Banh Mi was out of the planet. So refreshing, healthy, flavorful, and super tasty.The soup was delicious with pesto drizzled generously.
The service is AMAZING. My 3 year old told me “that uncle is so thoughtful” about the gentleman who served us. So you can imagine how good this place is if a 3 year old feels the need to express the good vibes!

I’ll start off by saying; I’m a really picky eater!!! I don’t really like branching out to new flavors or textures, but I was really pleasantly surprised after being recommended a couple of the crew members favorite items.
I’m not a big fan of mustard, but the “not so fried” chicken sandwich was so good! The fried buttermilk bits are so yummy and didn’t go soggy in the sauces or aioli even when I ate the second half of the sandwich for lunch a couple hours after. The pickled red onions cut the heavyness of the sauces really well! Get it with the BBQ sauce you won’t regret it :3
My favorite item I’ve gotten is the baha green goddess salad as a wrap. It was so convenient to bring to lunch since the green goddess dressing is mixed through, but all the veggies stayed super fresh and crispy. I highly recommend!
The restaurant is super clean and all the workers were so nice and helpful. I think the grassy chairs were so silly, but kinda comfy in a wierd way :3
