Have always enjoyed their Burgers & Fries. Just had the Grilled Chicken Salad. It was wonderful! Never have had a bad meal here. The only thing that could have been better was our waiter. He was not very attentive, but may have been new. All other times the service has been fine. I can definitely recommend this establishment

I’ve been searching for a longtime for a good place to have a real burger! After trying so many different places I’ve been disappointed for a longtime until I found this place. It reminds m of Louie’s bar and Grille until they closed. This place the environment is very comfortable and clean. Decor is like walking into home. Everyone is so nice especially Valerie. If you have never been here and are in the area you must stop in and support them! Best burgers I’ve had in a long time. Thank you for having me❤️

This is a burger place. Shouldn’t the burgers be really good? The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the fries were delicious. Our burgers were over cooked and flavorless. Bun was stale. The only thing that kind of saved it was the toppings. And it was expensive. Could have went to five guys for the same price and actually had a good burger.

Stopped by for a late dinner. Nice spot to watch a game and is definitely family friendly. Staff was nice. Definitely feels like a close knit local spot.
Traditional burgers were fresh and tasty. Many sides were fried. Some appetizers and the bbq burger just weren’t the greatest and could have used some help. Hoping we just caught them on an off night.

I waited over a week to post in order to make sure it wasn’t in the heat of the moment. With that said this was the worst experience we’ve ever had at this restaurant in a long line of descending visits. It wasn’t always this way, it used to be our favorite place to go, but in the last couple of years it’s fallen in service and quality of food.
The highlights!? After being seated it took over 6 minutes for anyone to even come and say hi or take a drink order. After that, 14 minutes went by before taking our order which took another 17 minutes! We have 4 kids who understandably became very impatient. Once the food came out is was truly disgusting. The burgers were unappealing to look at, you couldn’t even see the patties and they were much smaller than the buns and very thin. The chicken tenders were severely over cooked and inedible. The only “good” thing was the fires and grilled cheese. After receiving our food not once did the server come back to ask how things are, refill our drinks, nothing!
It’s sad to say the least.

I am originally from upstate NY where buffalo wings are sacred. The wings at Menches are by far the best I’ve had in Ohio. Crispy skin, good vinegar based sauce, juicy chicken…who could ask for more? The burger was also worth every penny.

We went for supper as I had heard great things about the burgers, and we were staying close. The burgers were great with good sides. I had a BBQ burger with crunchy onions and onion rings. My friend had a double burger, fries, with chicken and dumpling soup. All were delicious and we will return again. Angel was our server and was great.

The waitress was so great. Talked up the perfect burger. We ordered 3 burgers. Should have sent two back. We sent one back. I tried to eat mine. Have my burger was well done and the other half was raw.
Gross! They didn’t even comp anything and I couldn’t eat my burger. I did try.
I will my cousins burger was cooked to perfection and he loved his!!! I think there must have been a new cook. I would go back, but next time I’m sending mine back if it’s half raw.

This place is great. It’s a little off the wall place that’s right in the middle of town. You walk in and the bar is first with hightop seating. Past the bar and you see the kitchen. Walking past that and there are low tables. It’s a long narrow room and some of the tables are a little tight but still ok. Continue through the back door to an outside patio with a lot of seating.
All we had was their cold cheese pizza that has a thick crust, very good. Service is great and the atmosphere is quaint.
