I had an outstanding experience at this Italian restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome – the service was attentive, friendly, and truly went above and beyond. Every detail was taken care of with genuine warmth and professionalism.
The food was equally impressive – authentic, full of flavor, and beautifully presented.

The lasagne was burnt. The pizza didn’t taste good.
We were fooled. I thought it was a top restaurant.

Attentive service from the first second; even without a lunch reservation, we were seated without fuss; hands down the best pizza I have enten thus far in Switzerland and the best of 2023 (yes I post in 2024)

Went for dinner as a party of 2 as recommended and booked by our 5 star hotel. The worst service I’ve ever had. While the food was good, it was clear they disliked Americans and they pretended like we were not there. It took them 30 minutes to take our order, after multiple attempts to flag the waiter. And clearly gave priority treatment (e.g., people finishing with their meals before we even got to order) to Swiss patrons.

Very nice spot for coffee and croissants and afternoon drinks. Inside very beautiful and probably the busiest place in Crans. The terrace is absolutely gorgeous with nice views of the mountains.
