Excellent service! Food was good. We did have to figure out how to share 3 pots and one grill with 13 people. The hardest part was trying to figure out what each piece of meat was. We were celebrating my son’s 30th birthday and I’m sure glad we chose to come there.

First time dining at the melting pot. We were celebrating our first wedding anniversary and my 30th birthday. Our server Zoe was incredible. Very knowledgeable with every question we had, helped us walk through the menu since it was our first time. She had incredible recommendations. She brought us a beautiful plate that said happy wedding anniversary on it and a birthday candle for me to blow out. We will definitely be going back to the melting pot and I hope we have amazing Zoe for our server again.

The food was amazing and the server was very helpful. We told him it was date night and he brought us a plate with “date night” in chocolate and glitter. Such a fun time.

Amazing food! The seasonings on the meats were amazing and the lemon berry mojito was delicious! Our server, Emma, was amazing, friendly, and funny! Everything came out quick and was easy to use. It was busy but didn’t feel cramped or loud, and the lighting is very vibey.

My fiancé and I had an incredible time together our server was so nice and observant she asked if we were celebrating anything and we mentioned our engagement party next weekend she later surprised us with drawing my ring in chocolate at dessert super yummy food and a very clean environment! We cannot wait to come back the manager even stopped by our table to make sure we were still doing good as well and introduced themselves!

My husband and I decided to make last minute late reservations because it was his first time experiencing The Melting Pot. We checked into our reservations on time but there was a 30-45 min wait; we opted to hang at the bar until a booth was available. The drinks were ok, bartender was friendly and hospitable. We would like to thank our server Keegan for his excellent service and hospitality. He was very patient with our questions and very knowledgeable about the products and flavors. We recommend this location, staff, service and most importantly the food!

This was our fourth visit—we usually make it in about once a year. Our server did a great job; she was friendly and attentive throughout the evening. All of the courses were well prepared and tasted delicious.
The entrées, however, were a bit disappointing. The quality of the meat wasn’t quite what we expected—the steak had some gristly parts, and the portion sizes felt a bit small for the price.
Aside from that, it was still a great experience overall, and we enjoyed the visit.

I had Kelly as a server for a Valentine’s Day dinner with my fiancé and she was AMAZING. Extremely kind and knowledgeable. I was really worried because I recently developed a gluten allergy but there were plenty of gluten free options and alternatives. The drinks were amazing as well. Absolutely delicious and multiple wonderful options to choose from.

His recommendations were spot-on, and he made the whole experience feel personalized and relaxed.
He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask—refreshing drinks, checking on timing, making sure we were enjoying everything. You could tell he genuinely cared about the quality of our experience and had pride in his work.
The food itself was delicious (the cheese fondue and chocolate course were chef’s kiss), but Austin is the reason we’ll be coming back. If you’re going to The Melting Pot, ask for him—you won’t regret it.
