From the moment we walked in the door (actually our confirmation call), the service was spectacular! Our server, Kyle, was absolutely fantastic the entire time; making my daughter actually cry happy tears for his kindness! We drove over 30 mins for this location instead of the 10 min closer one; but we will do it all over again!

We went on Valentine’s day had the VIP package when we arrived didn’t have to wait. The table set up was ok but they did have a plush chocolate cover strawberry with actually chocolate cover strawberries, that was a nice touch. The food was ok I wish they offer seasoning for the entree so bland.
We were celebrating our anniversary the waitress will be the only reason I will come back she made its feel very special. When we received the dessert she put out nicknames on our are plates and happy anniversary on a main plate. I thought that was so sweet. We did have a late reservation and I believe they closed at 11pm we left about 12. She made us feel so comfortable, and not rushed.I can’t recall her name but it starts with a D and she from Tennessee I think. Shout out to the bartender them drinks were . Thank you D.

Took my special someone here, bought a curtained package with roses … they had it all setup when I got there. Server was professional and catered to the romance. The atmosphere was exceptional and perfect for a date. The food was fantastic, was very well explained and added perfect details to a planned date. You should take someone here knowing you’re going to get high quality, and it’s worth the price you pay to get it. Highly recommended for special occasions and loved ones events.

My wife and I are vegan so our menu choices can be limited in a lot of places.
Melting Pot accommodated our needs with
an amazing presentation on plant based chease and great vegetable selection for dipping. Everything was fresh and tasted delicious.
Also our server Brittany was absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and gave us all the instructions on how to prepare everything correctly.. She was very professional and genuine an absolute Gem.
Would definitely recommend this for amazing night out, and ask for Brittany.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at this location. Best service I’ve received in a long time. Brittney the manager stopped by the table and made sure we were having a good time. Kyle was so full of energy and made our day so special! I left my charger and Brittney was kind enough to call and let me know. I’ll definitely be going back and asking for Kyle! Came here for a birthday party a day or two ago with some of my very good friends. The food is impeccable. The cheese fondue is better than I expected it to be. Personally i’ve never been here before and our server Jada made sure everything was thoroughly explained, she made wonderful recommendations about the food. She explained everything clearly, made great recommendations, and checked in at just the right times without ever feeling intrusive.
