⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely unforgettable experience
We celebrated my mom’s birthday here, and from start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The food was amazing, but what truly made the night unforgettable was the service.
The manager, Tom, went above and beyond in every possible way. He didn’t just check in—he genuinely took time to talk with us, explain different aspects of the restaurant, and even showed us fun features like the photo booth. He made our table feel like the main event. Even with a full restaurant, he somehow made it feel like we were the only table there, which is something you don’t experience often.
Our servers, Slater and McKayla, were also incredible—attentive, friendly, and on point all night. Everything was seamless, welcoming, and fun.
This wasn’t just a dinner—it was a full experience. Thank you to Tom and the entire team for making my mom’s birthday so memorable. We’ll absolutely be back.

I wanted to leave a review specifically to highlight Maya. She provided some of the best service I’ve had in a long time. She was professional, extremely helpful with all our questions, and had a great personality. She made a fun experience even better. We’re so glad she was our waitress—she’s a massive asset to the team!

My husband and I celebrated our 6-year wedding anniversary here tonight, and it was absolutely wonderful! It was our first time at The Melting Pot, and the whole experience was so special; from the cozy atmosphere to the friendly staff who made us feel celebrated. Our waiter, Chadwick, was amazing; so nice, helpful, and fun to chat with in between food changeouts! He really made the evening even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and we had such a great time trying all the different courses together. Everything was perfectly timed and beautifully presented. We left full, happy, and already planning to come back again soon! Highly recommend for a date night or any special occasion.

We had a Valentine’s Day reservation at The Melting Pot, and it turned into one of the most unforgettable nights of my life – my boyfriend of 4 years proposed to me there, and the entire team made our engagement night truly magical.
It was my fiancé’s first time at The Melting Pot, and despite how busy Valentine’s Day was, we never once felt rushed. The manager, Tom, personally checked on us and made sure we could stay longer than the allotted time so we could fully soak in the moment. There was no pressure, no hovering – they genuinely let us be present and enjoy such a special milestone together. That meant more to me than I can express.
Our server was incredibly kind, polite, and knowledgeable about the menu. We did the Valentine’s Day prix fixe, and everything was absolutely delicious. My fiancé doesn’t eat seafood, and they were more than happy to accommodate him by bringing extra chicken and steak – such thoughtful service.
On top of all that, someone (I believe his name may have been Mark) secretly took photos of our engagement and AirDropped them to us so we’d have authentic, in-the-moment memories. I will cherish those forever. I wish I remembered our server’s name! I was so caught up in the moment, but I truly hope this review reaches him. If you are seeing this, thank you again!

Came here to celebrate our anniversary and it was a great experience. Oscar was an amazing sever and was so sweet, attentive, and informative. The food was great, and there’s so many options available. This is a unique and intimate date night and the atmosphere is cute.

Don’t walk in here hungry because you’ll be handling raw food I might get lost of appetite. The cheese kind of funky unusual flavor not a common taste although I do love cheese doesn’t taste like traditional cheese as far as the desserts warm chocolate sounds delicious but all the dipping items are not really fresh. Maybe the fruits are but otherwise it’s frozen stale package food you could get from your grocery store my experience with service has been odd servers don’t really come around much but maybe that’s how it works there something fun and creative. When you go to a fondue restaurant you get a unique experience. Melting Pot gives you that unique experience with a great combination of foods. Whether you are dipping the various items in the cheese fondue as an appetizer or bananas, strawberries, marshmallows, etc in the liquid chocolate at the dessert you are indulging in a satisfying experience. You also cook your own meat entree at the table. I had the magical combination which includes steak,shrimp,chicken,ravioli, mushrooms.
My waiter was Chadwick and he was excellent. He leads you through the process ,prepares the fondue,names all the food and sauces, answers any questions you may have and will be very attentive to all your needs.
