We had a wonderful experience here. Our waitress was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed for our meal. We went here for breakfast. The gift shop was fully stocked. There wasn’t a wait when we visited.

This is one of those “if I could give It 0 stars I would” reviews.
Seeger took forever to greet us at the table, food took forever to come out. Everything on the plate was terrible. Foreign object in the Mac and cheese, fish tasted funky, hush puppies were burnt and old. Soda machine was flat. Saw other guests complaining during my visit as well. I’ll never be back

Order chicken and dumpling plate with green beans and pinto beans. The chicken and dumplings only had three little tiny pieces of chicken the size of my thumb. The pinto beans had ham in there that smelled and tasted spoiled. The green beans didn’t taste right. I called the waitress over and showed her no chicken actually had to search I didn’t think it had any at first then I found the three little pieces she said oh that only comes with three pieces I said no that can’t be she says yeah sorry that’s all you get. I said please call the manager she called the manager over and he brought back some chicken to mix in and he apologized. Don’t know why the waitress tried to tell me that’s how it comes when clearly the manager was shocked seen no chicken in the chicken and dumplings. At least he made it right the chicken and dumplings tasted great let the veggies not so.

The Shreveport location, for now, has not changed.
It’s always busy it seems, no matter what time of day we go !
I’ll be honest, we quit going months ago cos of continually bad experiences.
But, I had to go check out what all this fuss is about. Nothing to report on the changes, but the visit was good.
Andrea did an excellent job on making it a great meal!
The gift shop is a good place to shop for those Hard To Shop For folk. I do some of my Christmas shopping here. They have candies from your childhood ( for us old folk), toys, baby clothes, quilts, and just whatever !!

Walking in to the little store with all the various items and goodies is a pleasant surprise. Some things they offer for purchase, I haven’t seen since I was little. Brought back some good memories. The food was excellent. Everything was well seasoned and on point. The service was excellent. Our server was great and consistent in making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was very enjoyable. It was nice, calm, and quiet. All in all, it was a very enjoyable experience and we will be back for sure.

I Had a wonderful experience at Cracker Barrel. My Food was Hot and amazing . We took our parents here for their 50th anniversary. Which they had a great time service was great. And they even got a chance to talk to one of the manager’s Sid. He was very nice took care of my parents meal for their 50th anniversary. This was on Sunday. We also got a chance to speak with Mario he told us he was the Gm I could tell he was very busy. But my parents felt very special and felt like they were treated like kings and queens. Thank you Sid and Mario for making my parents anniversary great . We enjoyed it as a family we love Cracker Barrel. Thanks for such a great weekend. I have a small restaurant it meant a lot to me for the General manager to come out and speak to my parents I would like to thank him he had a full restaurant but he took out time. Thanks again. Xoxo

I love Cracker Barrel, but this location does not offer you the complimentary biscuits and cornbread. I feel like that’s one of the reasons people love coming here.
Anyway, it was a bummer. Other locations still do offer that but I’ve noticed a few locations did away with that.

If I Can give 10 stars I would. My wife and I came here before in the past with a party of 10 to celebrate my mother in law. Cracker Barrel did not deliver and service wasn’t great. Mr. Mario the General manager . Made my mother in law a basket as a gift due to the service not being great on her birthday. Well we came in this weekend. And we had a great experience and we used the free meal cards Mario had gave us. We had a great experience and service was great and my mother in law was so excited she is 80 now! The only disappointment was we were looking forward to meeting Mario and he wasn’t there so we could thank him but we did meet zed another nice manager. Thank you Cracker Barrel and Mario for making my mother in law birthday Great Again! We will be back!!
