What a wonderful experience. This place really lends itself to special occasions, and didn’t disappoint. When making the reservation it was easy to add some flowers and chocolates to be ready on the table when we arrived, which of course gets a wow from the wife Our server Samantha (10/10 service) patiently answered all of our questions and helped us select our cooking methods, fondues, and delicious drinks. We went with the “Big night out” 4 course, and for 64 dollars per person they gave us more food than we knew what to do with! A nice assortment of bread, fruit, and veggies started us off for the appetizer course, dipped in their classic Alpine cheese fondue. Our next course was salad, but we asked for those to go knowing how much was still in store for us. Since there are so many proteins with the fusion main course we kept it simple with the hot oil for cooking style, and Samantha showed us a trick for making stuffed mushrooms Every bite of the course was delicious, no misses! Halfway through we also bagged the rest, anticipating dessert. Another Samantha suggestion here, she added marshmallow to the “original” chocolate / peanut butter mix and let me tell you just That is the way to cap off a meal. We added the cream puffs, but really the banana in that glorious mix was The layout of the restaurant was very intimate, with many 2 person, L shaped tables that are a great vibe. Worth doing for a night to remember.

My wife and I had an absolutely lovely time last night with Madison as our server. First of all, she was a great server, -extremely attentive, friendly, personable, and she made sure the pace of the meal moved along appropriately. The food was absolutely outstanding and the atmosphere was just perfect and romantic. My wife and I had never been to this location and we just decided to do it for a little fondue fun. I highly recommend coming here.

We celebrated our anniversary at The Melting Pot, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make the evening special — from the warm welcome to the beautifully decorated table with rose petals and candles, every detail was so thoughtful.
Our server was phenomenal — friendly, attentive, and genuinely excited to help us make the night memorable. They walked us through the menu, offered great pairing suggestions, and timed everything perfectly so we could just relax and enjoy the experience.
The food, of course, was incredible! From the creamy cheese fondue to the delicious entrées and that decadent chocolate dessert at the end — everything was spot-on. What really made it special was how interactive and intimate the meal felt; we could take our time, talk, laugh, and just enjoy being together.
The highlight of the night was when they surprised us with a special dessert plate and a sweet anniversary message — such a beautiful touch that made us feel truly celebrated.

This year marks our 16th year celebrating Christmas Eve dinner at the Melting Pot Longwood. We’ve always had an exceptional dining experience here, and that’s why we keep coming back. The staff is fantastic, and we’re always greeted with a warm welcome. This time, our server, Yesenia, was particularly sweet and attentive. I’ve lived here for 20 years and I have never eaten at this place. I can’t believe it. I have always wanted to try it, but my boyfriend doesn’t like cheese and thought, of course, a fondue place was gonna be mainly cheese. Then my boss at work told me this place is not only cheese. It has a ton of other things and when we came, we had high expectations and this place exceeded any expectation we could’ve had. I highly recommend this place. Everything is fantastic from service, atmosphere, to the food. The meat and seafood and cheese fondue and chocolate fondue, and all of the fresh vegetables are amazing. And the presentation is beyond exceptional. If I could give it 10 stars out of 5 I would. Ask for Madison B.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience at The Melting Pot in Longwood. We started with the alpine cheese fondue and added chorizo sausage, which was absolutely delicious. The house salads were great, and the main course was a wonderful variety of steak, chicken, duck, shrimp, and lobster, everything was perfect.
We finished with the milk chocolate fondue, which was the perfect ending to the meal. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the atmosphere was awesome, relaxed, cozy, and ideal for a special night out.
The food was great, we loved the experience, and we will definitely be back.

My husband and I tried this place for the first time on our wedding anniversary and it was an absolutely amazing experience. We did the 4 courses and enjoyed every single thing we had. It’s honestly a great value for the experience and quality of the food. Service was impeccable; our server, Samantha was so sweet and did a great job explaining everything since it was our first time. Even the manager came to check on us and make sure we were taken care of (a very special touch). We actually enjoyed it so much we came back a few days later to try the happy hour and were just as pleased with the food and service (highly recommend this amazing deal!!). Overall this was a fun, unique, and delicious experience you definitely shouldn’t miss out on!!! Can’t recommend enough.

Absolutely love this place! The food is amazing and the waitresses are always so nice and professional!!!! Me and my friend always get the 4 course experience for 2 which is $116 total ( very affordable) we also get 2 alcohol beverages each and the drinks are strong and delicious. The food is fresh and seasoned too perfection. If you’re thinking about trying this restaurant out DO IT! you will fall in love!!!
