First time here in over a decade, and Melting Pot did not disappoint! We had the loveliest anniversary dinner served by Dorothy, who was one of the kindest and friendliest servers we’ve ever had and actually handmade the fondue for each course. We’ll definitely be back and will ask for her 🙂

We were so excited to go to The Melting Pot this Evening. We have been to this location a few times and it each time it was AMAZING food and service. However this time unfortunately our visit fell flat. The night wasn’t relaxing but stressful and we left disappointed.
The server was training someone and we felt like we were being trained ourselves. It was brutal listening to all of the training.It felt so impersonal hearing all the training that I think she forgot that we were sitting there…
The 3 of us ordered The Big night out and the timing between the different courses took way too long, when we asked for more of something we didn’t get it, I wanted more potatoes but they never came back, Also we noticed when cooking the meat that the light wasn’t on anymore- we had to figure out ourselves how to turn the stove back on. I asked for a refill when they brought the meat and my husband asked for more sauce but they never came back, I had to ask someone else for a drink and sauce. The flow of the night was way off and it felt like we spent so much time just waiting for them to come back. I normally give them a 5 star review but tonight was a 1 star night.
We drive 1 1/2 to go there and pay nearly $200 for this dinner and we expect much better service. I really don’t know if we will be back. We really are easy to please kind of people but the Service needs to be ALOT better!!

Delaware Location: We went on Valentine’s Day (my first time) and it was amazing! There was champagne while we waited for our table; which didn’t take long, and the fresh roses and petals spread across the table was beautiful! The staff was friendly, courteous and very attentive. There was so much food and it was so delicious! I cannot wait to go back! Thank you♡♡

We’ve been coming here over 5 years faithfully. The sushi is second to none. Preperation is flawless! Great wait staff! Our personal favorite and reason to come back is Metha! She will take care of you and make you feel comfortable! Highly recommended!

I took my nephew out for dinner. It was my first time, but his second. I enjoyed every moment. I will be honest they stuck us in the cut, and at first, I was feeling offended, but it was actually the best seat in the house. It was so private that I ended up loving it, and I’ll be asking for that same seat from now on. It was a really fun experience, and it would be awesome for a date night. We got the 4 course dinner, the bomb.

When I say I am so upset I haven’t been here sooner! I came here for my birthday last week and Kim was our server. When I say she alone made the experience phenomenal. She is amazing at what she does and very personable. Everything we ate was great as well. While others may feel like it’s boiled meat and are upset to cook their own food, it was not bad at all for me. We selected food and the meat was cooked in a seasoned broth. Both cheese and chocolate fondue were amazing. While I’m sure all of the servers are amazing, I know for me, Kim will always be someone that I request! Thank you for making my bday great!

I have been to this Melting Pot location at least 10 times over the years, and it has never disappointed me. You should be aware that this is not a quick eats kind of place. Expect to be there at least an hour and a half due to the nature of fondue. Reservations are definitely recommended and easy to book on their website. The building this location is in is a replica of Independence Hall and is in a really cute shopping plaza.
