what a lovely, rustic spot! you can definitely tell they took great care to pay homage to the inspiration for the brand: true texan BBQ (the map of texas that hangs on one of the walls was a nice touch)
the food was great! honestly id say you have to experience it yourself. the brisket literally melted in my mouth and the ribs were tender. the sauce also elevated the taste of the dish.
i got to the restaurant about 30 minutes before opening and was promptly seated upon opening. there are more group dining than solo seats but that makes sense as in my almost 2 hours there, we were just 2 solo guests
the payment process is also seamless. you can literally pay from your seat. i would say that adding the menu to the payment portal would be a great idea for even more seamlessness

Amazing bbq with a variety of options mostly unavailable in other similar places. Everything we tried was very tasty. We even come on the next day to try something new. Brisket was well seasoned and so soft you could barely lift it without falling apart(except one small part in 500g portion which was a bit chewy but didnt kill the vibe). Pork ribs were also very good but not my favorite(beef ribs were not available when we visited, but those looked juicer). Beef cheeks were sooooo good. Fried chicken sandwich was our favorite and pulled pork in a bun was perfect. Staff is attentive and friendly. Make sure to come earlier as they sell out some of the items from the menu during the evening seating which starts at 19(lines are begining to form around 18:30).

came here on a monday at around 7:30pm and managed to get in line to order food and get seats! fortunately was able to get in before a queue formed outside. when we ordered, we were greeted by a nice server who listened patiently to our order and was very welcoming! food came in about 10 minutes of sitting down and was delicious! especially enjoyed the brisket, which they cut at the very front of the restaurant. would highly recommend this place, but watch out for the crowd! so glad we were able to get a seat and enjoy this meal

Really nice BBQ in Paris. The brisket, ribs, coleslaw, and slashed potatoes were my favorite. Nice they have a kids menu too. Definitely go before opening if you have a large group to ensure you get a table at opening otherwise there will be a wait. Loud inside but could still have conversations.

We had a great lunch experience at Melt. We went for the full smokehouse spread included when making a group booking and it was all good – but the ribs and brisket were the standout cuts for me. Deep smoky flavor and that perfect smoke ring.
Portion sizes were generous and no one left hungry.

We ate like animals, pre ordered a table for six with the fix menu and some of us don’t eat pork so added some extra brisket for good measure.

WOW! I saw this on my Instagram in Canada and we had to come! The brisket YUM especially with the BBQ dipping sauce. The smoked chicken, delicious. The mushrooms are a must. The layer of wine pairs perfectly. Spare ribs also great. No resos for less than 6. We arrived at 7:30 and were in the door by 7:50. This is a well oiled machine. The staff is incredible and work very hard. Make sure to tip. I came all the way from Canada (Alberta) to have Texas BBQ and took a 20€ uber (could have easily trained for 2.50€) from the Louvre area but my BF was lazy and NFL was on lol. We enjoyed INCREDIBLE BBQ while watching Sunday night football on our cell in Paris! It just doesn’t get better than that. Come check this place out. You will NOT be disappointed!
