Pizza came and it looked terrible the cheese was all slid to one side and the customer service was god awful. No refund didn’t send another pizza and said it was my fault for asking for extra cheese and that if it’s a delivery then it is expected to show up in a disastrous state.

I arrived at the classic looking sub and pizza shop by the recommendation of some construction workers working a little up the block on main street. Needless to say I try to only write positive reviews and this was an easy choice here. I got the steak bomb which was honestly incredible and only beaten by classic Buccis in Everett although now after COVID that place is not that great(new owners) the same cannot be said for Melrose House. My wife got the Italian sub and everything tasted so fresh and it was just a fantastic experience. Will definitely be back!

They have amazing steak fries in huge portions. The pizza is delicious as well. Sometimes the service can be a little harsh when it’s busy.

I’ve only just discovered this pizza shop. Honestly, I would’ve never known about this establishment if I hadn’t to be on Main St last week, and seen a woman from the shop window devouring a slice of cheese pizza. Seeing her caused me to turn my car around and purchase 2 slices of cheese pizza. The perfect cheese/tomato sauce/crust ratio. Not salty and overly seasoned. The size was enough to be filling and not too big as to overwhelm. I went back yesterday to get a large cheese and it was done within five minutes (everyone who claimed they weren’t going to eat pizza couldn’t resist – should’ve bought 3 larges).

I called TWICE and both times was a disaster. First time I placed an order the guy was rude, then upon delivering the food the order was incorrect, I ordered a small cheese pizza and diet Pepsi and a slice of chocolate cake. We got and charged for a LARGE PIZZA, COKE AND CARROT CAKE. I decided to give it another try (because my ex husband is sick in Elmhurst and he likes them) today I get the same guy takes my order and then says his credit card machine is down, THEN HANGS UP ON ME. NEVER AGAIN

I ordered 3 pizzas for a little get together and they were absolutely horrible! They were not cooked and over salty.The pizza flopped over and the cheese and topping fell completely off. I called them and told them the pizzas were not cooked and they said we showed up to early to pick them up, I said and you just gave us uncooked pizza before they were cooked, that’s just terrible business and can get people sick. The owner said nothing I can do, won’t be going back to this $?!tty place again!

Pizza crust was super soggy, you could not hold it to eat, even with utensils was quite difficult and unpleasant. I don’t recommend eating inside, the owner is yelling constantly through the phone while taking orders and simultaneously correcting the cashier and cooks in the bach.
