I ordered one pasta dish to-go and was told it would take 20 minutes. It took over an hour with no updates from the staff, and it wasn’t packaged well for transport home. It was also oddly flavored, and not what I expected. I’m pretty disappointed because when I ate there in person a few weeks ago, that same dish only took 10 minutes and was amazing – I was really looking forward to eating it again! Huge bummer. Based on the other reviews, it’s normal for them to be this inconsistent. Save your money

The food is excellent, the quantity is more than enough, but the service could use a little help. We ordered some chicken pasta from Uber eats and after an hour we saw that our order is cancelled. When we called they explained that they had called us and notified us, which is not true at all. We had to order again and wait another hour for the new dishes. This was not a pleasant experience.

I have been ordering from this place for over 10 years and it was very reliable but in the last year it has gone completely down hill. I ate there or ordered out at least 3 times a week for all of these years. They have raised their prices over 3 times and the service has gotten really bad. There are always new people taking orders and it seems like they cannot keep their employees. In the last 6 months alone, there have been 4 different people answering the phone and were all brand new and would mess up the order. On top of that, everytime I order or go in, the prices are constantly different depending on who takes the order. It has become very inconsistent. I have heard this from a lot of people as well and they have all stopped going and now go to Francescas, Pauls, and Slice of the Hamptons instead. I agree and will change as well.

Burger was pretty good i have to say! Ive tried other burger spot around and they weren’t as good. A little cheaper in price then smokin wolf and better tasting burger it came with fries coleslaw and chili. Good job guys. My friend had the buffalo chicken roll and she said it was great. The garlic stuffed knots were awsome had chicken and cheese. So good!! Keep it up i will be back for more
