I’ve been here several times now and every time, they are out of the popular donuts. I should not have to rush there at 5:30am to get a good selection of donut, how about making more throughout the morning.?.? The staff/owners don’t speak English as a first language, so ANYTHING out of the routine (question, special request) gets you a blank look or eye of disdain. Friendly customer service goes a long way in a commodity industry.

Isabella that works the drive thru is probably the last person who should work with customers,she is rude and agrues with you even though she never gets the order right. Then to find out she’s an assistant manager?? Whoever in is charge of this Dunkin needs to get rid of her! We all drive out of our way to a different Dunkin to avoid her.

Isabel, at the drive through, laughed at me and told the crew: “Someone is leaving rich”, because, I asked for the difference in change for my beverage. She always takes my orders wrong and when I ask for the change back she laughs. Today, was sarcastic and I think this is disrespectful. We all work hard for our money and if it wasn’t for the customers spending their money very well earned, Isabel will not have an opportunity for a job.

Why can’t anyone at this place cut a sandwich in half? It’s not that hard. Another Dunkin actually told me they couldn’t b/c they didn’t have a knife. really? This location told me yes – with obvious attitude- but didn’t do it. Don’t know which is worse. Terrible service. Go next door to McDonald’s.
