Had an amazing visit to @mellowmcktx and let me just say… vegan options DONE RIGHT.
I went with the Teriyaki Trip Pizza and whewww — super good, super delectable, and packed with flavor. Sweet, savory, and perfectly balanced. The crust? Chef’s kiss. The vibes? Chill and welcoming.
If you’re vegan (or vegan-curious ), this spot definitely understands the assignment. I love finding places that make plant-based eating feel exciting and satisfying, not boring. This one’s a win for sure.
I’ll definitely be back to explore more of their vegan-friendly menu.

Ask for Nina as your server! Every-time I come in she gives the best customer service and is very attentive! She’s always in a happy mood and you can tell she genuinely loves her job! The pizza is always fresh and drinks are amazing 10/10 would recommend!

So mellow mushroom is a staple for us. I know when I go regardless of location that I can get decent food and service. My service tonight was disappointing. It started with dirt silverware. I dismissed it because we were having pizza but no one likes seeing dried food on clean silverware. And some of it flaked off. Into the napkin. We ordered a veggie and a vegan pollo seguro pizza. The vegan pollo seguro toppings were listed as buffalo style tofu, caramelized onions, jalapeno, hot or mild sauce, garlic, chopped fresh celery and vegan ranch swirl. When the server brought the pizzas only one had a spatula. When I asked for another she said she was waiting for a clean one. The next time she walked by she slid one under my pizza. When I pulled it out I noticed dried food stuck on it. So I decided to just use my hands. Then I noticed ingredients were missing. The celery and ranch were missing. When I asked our server about it she said they were out of celery. I said I wished she had told us ahead of time. When I asked about the ranch she said she wasn’t sure if we wanted regular or vegan even though the pizza was vegan. Then I realized they put tempeh instead of tofu. Fermented beans and tofu taste very different. If I had known I wouldn’t have ordered since 3 of the ingredients were missing or substituted. It’s the servers job to communicate issues and verify orders. Very disappointed.

Our pizzas were absolutely delicious — perfectly baked with fresh, flavorful toppings and a signature crust that’s both crispy and perfectly chewy. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. We also loved the creative menu options and variety, so there’s something for everyone.
The restaurant itself was clean, colorful, and had such a cool vibe. It’s a great spot for family dinners, date nights, or even meeting up with friends.

The service was great and our server was pretty nice. Atmosphere is pretty cool too. However, the food at this location was horrible. Maybe they were short staffed so it took forever for it to come out. The wings tasted like Tyson’s frozen nuggets. The pizza that was supposed to have jerk chicken, had boiled chicken on it. We couldn’t even finish it due to how the chicken smelled like. We tried the same pizza at another location and loved it. The manager was pretty nice to give us a $25 off coupon for next time so that was sweet. But wasn’t worth losing the appetite

We ordered a medium, and without us even saying anything, the staff felt it looked a little small and surprised us by bringing out another pizza for free. That level of customer service is rare and really shows how much they care about their guests.

It’s rare that I give five stars, but this place has it all. I went here with my family and another family. When it comes to eating at a restaurant, you always have to get the kids taken care of first. The kids loved their food. We ordered three pretzels and it was definitely worth the price. It was a lot of food. We ordered the ‘salt’ instead of the ‘Parmesan’ flavor. It was very very salty, but edible.
The pizza we ordered was fantastic. The service was quick. The staff was friendly. The atmosphere was really cool and the artwork and colors were engaging.
I really like this place. Be warned, the pizza is pricey, but good.
