It would be faster for me to drive to North Decatur, order , get the food, and drive back home then this location was ordering in person. 35 minutes from when I placed my order to when I got my food and they still handed me a bag with items that were wrong and items missing. (If you ordered a fish filet light sauce and got my fish filet extra cheese extra sauce I’m sorry) . Like they bumped my order off the screen before it was done and didn’t bother to make sure I had everything or that it was accurate. Ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and didn’t get it until the 35 minute mark when I asked twice to two different people. I paid a full .50 cents to try and get a full slice of cheese on the fish fillet and they gave me another half piece. You know that half a slice of a Kraft single isn’t worth an entire 50 cents. I worked at McDonald’s in highschool it’s not rocket science. Corporate should clean house with the management and try again. Order placed at 6:23 didn’t have it (in its entirety) until 6:55. Absolutely absurd

First thing first the young lady in the back charged me for the wrong thing on top of that she didn’t confirm my order. I ordered a daily double meal the daily double had mustard and pickles on it I didn’t know that they all of a sudden came with that I hate mustard and pickles on my sandwich the sandwich was not made correctly. In the mornings this location is the best but in the afternoon it’s a total change I can’t get a refund because I never received a receipt and I don’t like food being made over. I called the store 4x no answer it’s a shame we pay for things and can’t get what we pay for I will not be returning to this location in the afternoon

I ask the lady who gave me my food could I get my cup she said I wasn’t charged for one instead of just looking at the receipt that was clearly taped to the bag. S Coke. I would not recommend this store if you want to have a good day. All the points and all the rewards on the mobile app don’t make up for the messed up day you will have going to this McDonald.

I ordered a hashbrown and a hot honey biscuit. The hash brown was room temperature barley. The hot honey chicken biscuit was just terrible and I couldn’t eat it. When i bit into it, the breading slid off the chicken because of the hard like weird texture. I didnt bother to return because i was so disappointed. I paid 8 bucks for this. I left this review for another mcdonalds by accident but the candler rd and McAfee location where i had this terrible experience not the wesly chapel location.

Went there 12/12 around 6:53 pm order 3 5 dollars meal to over 30 minutes to get my order. Went into the store ask about my order and they was playing around like it was an outdoor playground. I ask for a manager and he looks me right in the face like I wasn’t asking for him ( Charles, I think his name was.) He spoke up after I said I was going to call corp. Office. He then offered me free food which I declined. They don’t have enough food in that store to make up for bad customer service. I will never go there again

Today makes the second time that this particular location mess things up. I’m a rewards member and get McDonald’s more than often for my 6 year old. I came last week on my lunch break ordering a double quarter pounder meal. It was messed up missing a patty. For the price they should make accuracy as urgency. Today. Ordered my daughter happy meal with extra fries and they always miss something in your order all while asking for a survey. I’m big on giving good reviews and surveys, but this time NO. this is an ongoing issue at this location and I’ll not be returning!

My name is Niegel( the woman whom took my order ask my name) I got off work thinking this about this McDonald’s I frequent. I asked for two Big Macs, Two large fries and a small Dr. Pepper, I asked could I have it cooked to order, I’ll wait. Well, I waited and when I started eating the fries, they were cold, felt like I was chewing on rubber bands, that killed my whole mood, 20.00 dollars wasted. Big Macs were warm as well. I had not eaten all day, hoping this would be good, but it was not. Thank you!!

My experience was bad i order at the kios and wanted to pay in cash. No, one even came up to the front counter I got ignored. So I just left because I was standing there for 10 minutes. No, one even acknowledged me. The manager, she’s very rude. She needs to be fired.

When u drive up in the morning..it is dark. Looks as if it is closed when it is supposed to be opened. The Staff is usually pretty nice but service is slow and sometimes inaccurate..check your bag b4 you leave
