We were staying in a nearby hotel. I paid $46 for a medium pizza delivered (some of that fee went to the door dasher). I asked for crispy and the pizza looked a little overcooked but the thin crust was not very crispy. Actually kind of soggy. Also, I am a little disappointed that my order (delivered to a hotel) came with no napkins or plates or plastic ware. I am glad that this hotel has towels. The pizza tastes pretty good. I have always heard raves about MM and this is my first time to order from there. I can only assume that in store service is better but I am not inclined to try them after this experience.

Let me start by saying this place is still AMAZING! It’s been several years since I have last been here, but have recently moved back into the area and this was one of my first stops. The service is always amazing, as the staff are always kind. The food is outstanding. The crust is unbeatable being hand made, fresh and airy then cooked crisp to perfection. There is enough pizza ideas for any taste mild to wild. And if you don’t find your favorite you can make a custom one. There is also every thing from salads, sandwiches and even burgers. The building is nice with indoor seating and also covered patio seating outside with TV’s for viewing. The decorating taste is eclectic and unique with all the lovely quirks that come with it. This is not your mom and pops pizza place, ITS BETTER! Stop by and experience it for yourself.

My gluten-free, dairy-free wife couldn’t keep her nose away from the “holy shiitake” pizza that I ordered, which was literally the best pizza I have ever had in my life (which is not an alcohol-influenced appraisal and, mind you, I’ve eaten a lot of pizza at a lot of places over 4 decades of life). The server was also very attentive, prices were reasonable, and the vibe was chill yet memorable. What more could you want on a Saturday night?

We’ve been eating Mellow Mushroom for 20+ years, in multiple towns and states. I’ve never been as disappointed in a restaurant as I was tonight. I’m not sure if they are under new management or what but the food (aside from the pizza crust) tasted completely different. The Greek salad was almost like a bagged salad and the toppings were basically non existent. The dressing was a vinaigrette, nothing like it used to be. The pizza sauce had no flavor and the toppings were so sparse that they should’ve just left them off altogether. . The service was SUPER slow although the server was very nice and seemed to be doing her best. It took 35 minutes to get our waters. However, If the food had been good the slow service could’ve been overlooked. When we got there I told them we had 4 adults and 2 high chairs. We never got the second high chair because they were all taken but the people who were seated after us got one before we ever got the first one. The entire experience was bad but the food was by far the worst!

In love with the vibe and decor. Wings were delicious!! All the sauces were perfect. Pizzas looked amazing at other tables. We didnt love our hoagie but it was ok. Will definitely be back to try more menu items. Lots of beer on tap as well.

Cool little spot to grab a bite with friends; maybe not so much if you expect to be waited on. Service is lackluster here, but they are polite. It’s a pizza joint at the end of the day.
I wouldn’t recommend sitting near the patio door; both patrons and employees use it as a thoroughfare, and you’ll constantly be caught in a gust.
The pizza was pizza. We tried a couple different variations. Nothing particularly remarkable, but nothing really to complain about either. If we visit again, I might be more inclined to grab something to-go.

We decided on Mellow Mushroom for lunch. Everything was fantastic. Shoutout to Paul for the highest level of customer service. Our pizza of choice was a medium half & half. Half holy shiitake & half house special. Highly recommended

We have had great experiences at Mellow Mushroom in other cities as we travel. We stopped here for an early dinner and were seated quickly at a booth. The restaurant looked about half full and several waitresses were present. They were seen checking on patrons on either side of us and a table across from us but no one ever bothered to ask for a food or drink order or promise to assist us soon. After waiting approximately 15 minutes or more we got up and left. There were about 10 people in the lobby. I stopped to let the hostess know that no one ever acknowledged us and we were leaving. She looked helpless and said nothing. A lady nearby said we’re also leaving because they won’t even take my name for a table. This location was a huge disappointment. This visit was Sunday, 2/22.

Our first time having food from here and it was so good! The crust was great and everything had great flavor! We got a cheese pizza and a half and half (great white + house). We did not dine in this time, we got take out but the restaurant looked very nice and clean!

My drink tasted like soap. Before we ordered, I asked the waitress how the boneless wings were. She said they were really good. Both of us got them, they were nasty. We both only ate 2 of them. They were nasty. They didn’t even taste like chicken. We told the waitress and she said ” I will let them know”. Neither waitress nor the manager tried to make it right. To be charged for food you can’t eat is absolutely terrible. We both told them we would not be back.
